So easy to use and to clean filter. This dryer has many nice features but it also drys very well. I love the edry cycle which helps conserve energy!

This dryer makes too much noise. The capacity sucks. Can’t dry bedspread or comforter besides even bedsheets don’t dry properly it rolls together like a ball and stay damp even after 2to 3 time. Big dissatisfaction.

I had high hopes for this dryer when we purchased it. We have always used GE washers and dryers and they have been top notch. Not this one. We've had GE service techs out 5 times to repair the dryer, after it started showing a "door" code and failing to start the drying cycle. The fixes so far have not been effective. While we can sometimes (when the phase of the moon and the stars is just right) get the machine to dry a small, single load of laundry, on days when we need to do multiple loads it gives us the "door" code and fails to dry anything beyond the first load. I really regret purchasing this machine and am seriously re-thinking whether I will purchase any GE appliances (or those manufactured in the same plants) again. We're hoping for a warranty replacement or a refund (honestly, a refund would be preferable at this point). We'll see what happens.

This dry fits well in small places. With the periscope dryer vent we were able to fit this in a very small place. The dryer is simple to use and works great.

Our previous dryer was still working well, but we renovated our laundry room and I specifically needed a dryer that would fit under the countertop. Yes, the downside to this is that it's capacity is smaller than the dryers with top controls, but we are a family of 2, so this size is very sufficient. I've put a load of sheets and towels in it, and it handles this easily. I would perhaps second guess trying to dry heavy blankets or comforters though. The look is clean and the controls are very user friendly and intuitive. I swapped the door swing myself - - the manual instructions were clear and all I needed was a screwdriver. Very happy.

The only complaint I have is with the complicated settings. No simple, just the heat level and time settings. Once you click on 1 button then another, original setting changes.

Small but great for 2 people. Hard to find 24" units. Lots of features. Quality seems to be pretty good.

The first one I bought was from Lowes. When I received the dryer and installed it, there was a loud thumping banging noise on the right side of the dryer. I returned it. I bought an open box one from Best Buy and installed it, same banging noise. I returned it. I bought a brand new one from Best Buy and installed it, same banging noise. I returned it and bought a new Haier dryer (same dimensions as the GE dryer since GE is now owned by Haier, a Chinese manufacturer). The Haier dryer had the same banging noise. I'm going to try one more Haier dryer and if that doesn't work, I'm giving up. The interesting thing is all the dryers I received showed an indentation on the right side of the dryer (straight out from the box). So frustrating because the GE washer I got seemed to work OK so far but it's too late to return it. I'll probably have to buy a different dryer brand which won't be compatible with the GE washer so I'll have to figure how to stack them.

GE is good quality, unit is a little smaller than I thought.

This was one of the only small stackable units that could vent rather than condense. Excellent compact size, but it was a hassle to order the mounting bracket separately and not thrilled that BB did not have the washer in stock, had to buy from someone else.

Good dryer for my space, first one loud taping noise when dryer was spinning called Best Buy total tech, they swapped it out no problem, second dryer kinda noisy but does the job

Easy to use and adjust to your liking. Pretty quiet.

I am actually returning this dryer. One of the reasons I purchased it was the different cycles. When using the cycles, the dryer stops and starts the entire time. It takes an hour and a half to 2 hours to dryer a load. It is small capacity and a little loud. I do like the drying rack. Very expensive for what I got.

So far it's working fine. Depending on the type of clothing, one does have to add a cycle. For jeans, if I put more than 2 pairs, I have to select "extra dry" and sometimes that doesn't quite dry. But otherwise it's good.

The installer used a previously installed vent hose instead of the one we purchased. He would have needed to pull out the washer to make the change to the new product. This caused the “air flow” warning light to come on when we used the dryer the first time. We pulled the dryer forward and this corrected the warning light. We called our sales rep who said she would call us back but she never called.

Looked like a really solid dryer, we have the washer, and it is amazing. Especially works for when the set is in a small area.
