I was limited on the space I had to put a washer and dryer otherwise I would have purchased something different and would have paid less too! This is a lot of money for something that I have to run longer than I should. Don't like it

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beware -BestBuy is selling the same New Open Box items with pictures online multiple times and again from the store Floors scheduling a delivery and then delivering a completely different same model but instead deliver a beat up USED dryer picked up from a warehouse in Orlando 3 hours away after having rescheduled the delivery multiple times from a store 3 miles away with one delay story after another delay story that the dryer from the store floor 3 minutes away is in a warehouse, next in a warehouse 3 hours away, next they are trying to locate another open box dryer from another store, then it was damaged at the ware house, and then later ultimately delivering a completely different USED dryer with dents on both sides that will make noise. And then call back customer service who informs their hands are tied and offer no solutions other than go talk to the local Store that committed the Fraud in the first place and can't comprehend you are reporting the local store for false advertisement and Fraud.

Had to sell my full size unit due to limited space when i moved. I was skeptical of the smaller unit performance. It has ptoved efficient. Has multiple cycle combinations to handle all my laundry needs. Best buy installation is ideal for me.

Even though loads are smaller I’m noticing clothes are dry quicker than my old dryer = less overall time finishing laundry.
