Best Buy will not replace it! I didn'y buy a protection plan? Your kidding! On the day of delivery the dryer did not run right. Never again!

BB rescheduled to 8/27. I had to buy the W/D from another vendor who could deliver before my tenants moved in 8/15. The stove you delivered a month before was great! And the delivery service was fantastic!

This isn’t something that we’d expect and apologize for the stress that this has caused. We recommend that you make sure that your dryer is even and adjust the leveling legs if needed. Also, there are several sounds that are not normal which include a thumping sound, a humming sound, a squeak that develops after the dryer has heated up but is not heard when the dryer is cool as well as a squeak that is very short and repeats every few seconds (like a chirping sound).

Bought the apple care and the keyboard. I am trying to learn how to use it. If I have a problem, I will go back to Best Buy and learn how to use it.
