Pay attention to installation requirements
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.BEWARE! If you use a side vent for your dryer, the delivery/installation team cannot hook your dryer up. It's in the VERY fine print on line- I missed it. Hired a handyman to hook up the vent. When we turned on the machine, there was a terrible knocking noise which the handyman was able to to identify and fix- drum was rubbing up against a bolt because the side of machine was bent in slightly. The dryer works as expected (does take awhile to dry) and actually holds plenty of clothes.

Why do they make things so hard?

I can never choose a setting where it doesn't take less than 2-hrs. If I set my own time (50 mins) then it goes into damp; who wants damp clothes! I just want high-dry-done! I'm returning this. The only feature i do like is the 30-sec. light.

Bestbuy Service is really BAD!

My order with installation. What a JOKE, I will never deal with Bestbuy anymore. Really bad experience special in holiday season.
