We recommend using a ceramic cooktop cleaner regularly to keep the surface looking new. TOO SHORT

They said it didn't fit so it still sits one week later on the floor of the kitchen. WOW - ! Total disaster.

11 months after I used the range

This unit was the only range that we could find that had the same size as our old one. The outlook was beautiful. Both the range and oven have worked very well. We followed the instructions and purchased cleaning solution (Cerama Bryte brand) to clean the range glass surface before and after our each use. The three single cooktops are still look good. But the one has double circles, the 1/3 of the inside small round circle turned color from black to gray. The outside bigger circle looks fine. The color shouldn't be faded after 11 months of use. I called GE. They sent a person to come to take a look. He said it's a normal wear and would not be covered. He suggested us, we should use aluminum pots instead of stainless steel pots from now on. (But we used the same stainless steel pots on the other 3 single range tops too.) Who's using aluminum pots at this date? He said he would charge us $762.92 if we like to pay him to replace a new surface. we are speechless.
