The washer works amazing & really appreciate all the easy settings!

Easy install. I think it handles heavy loads very well. Having a family of 4 i feel like im washing every other day. It definitely gets the job done

This is a great machine! Prior to this I had a Samsung and it was ok, just would not balance a load and I was constantly having to mess with it. So far this has been a great upgrade to my Samsung. It's quick and efficient and gets our clothes clean! I would give it 5 stars, but nothing is that perfect

Love it. To be fair, I havent had a new washer in almost 20 years; always hand me downs. I wanted the most simple panel available in an effort to minimize future issues and although I feel like this model is pretty darn fancy, it fit the requirements. I required a soak cycle, which it has, but is a preset time which you cannot change. The biggest selling point, the huge 4.5 drum!! I don't recomend using the auto fill; it doesn't use enough water to truly clean in my opintion. Great purchase, and I would recomend. Can't wait to buy the matching dryer.

The best washer I just set it on go, it rinse out so dry that I just hang dry instead…. Did I mention quite to….

Not the greatest washing machine in my opinion. It seems to have a few quirks. First, the feet leveling is very difficult to manipulate. In addition, the areas it tells you to level from are not very flat. Second, i can't confirm how good the auto water level works, but seems to be good. The low and medium water levels are extremely low. Third, any load with weight such as towels or bedding always cause the spin cycle to crap out. The load doesn't drain enough, resulting in manual intervention to run an additional drain and spin cycle.

This machine is so far, the best I’ve ever had. It’s not as wide as my previous washing machines; making this a better fit in the space, alongside my dryer. Even without bleach, it gets my whites much cleaner. It’s very easy to use and well worth its price for the performance of getting your clothes so clean.

Absolutely love this washer! It’s quiet, efficient, and has plenty of space for larger loads. The deep fill and cold plus options are great for tougher laundry days. Clothes come out clean and fresh every time. Highly recommend!

The machine holds a lot of clothes! A comforter could easily fit in here. The cycles on the wash are fairly quick in comparison to a front loader.

I’ve had it for a month now and seems to work great. It’s a bit loud but I just shut my laundry room door. It’s very large and can comfortably clean my king size comforters.

OMG it is wonderful to have a washing machine that doesn't freak out about the load balance and constantly empty and refill with water. PLUS having a washing machine that actually washes the clothes. No more endless cycles, no more detergent residue on the clothes, and wow does the spin cycle really get the water out of the clothes, requiring less dryer time. After 11 years with a "high efficiency, no agitator" nightmare, we are back in the real washing world to stay :) We are absolutely thrilled with the new GE washer with an agitator. The Cold Plus option is great, as are all the other options. And the basic knobs instead of keypad style are fantastic. It is a huge relief to know we can start a load and when we come back it will be done, and done well. We are looking forward to many years of washing happiness.

The dryer has a huge lite drying box, which we really like. The lint trap is also nice to work with. Our only concern is that the timer dial is very hard to turn. Almost like it's stuck. It's not free turning.

Washer is great, holds a lot of clothes, no issues.

The GE washer works great. I do miss some of the older features from older washers. It leaves the clothes clean and all, but would like the ability to have it agitate the cloths for another cycle without having to restart it from the beginning

Now that I have a chance to really use my new Washing Machine I really like it. It holds more than my old one. I like all the features and my cloths come out clean and with the extra spin cycle they don't need as much time in the dryer.
