Great machine so far just abit loud during wash cycle other than that a great washing machine.

This washer has it all, settings for any size of load, temperature and cycles. It is quitter than most we have had in the past. It is a really good buy.

Does a good job like having temp and water level controls.like the fact that i can open lid while its running and can add items. only dislike is that its rather noisy.

First time I ever bought a major appliance online but after a great deal of research and price comparison , availabilitity, install date I knew what i needed. I was very pleased with choice of Best Buy. I had to have a smaller specific width & depth which gave me only 3 choices My nee washer is a liitle loud but much deeper tub and plenty of dash buttons-not digital. Also allows me to open lid after wash has started. I love quick wash option . Very pleased with h ptoduct sale price, 2 day install and professional,on time installers.

We are very happy with this purchase, the whole process went smoothly from purchase to delivery, we also purchased the matching dryer with old removal and new setup.

I wish my former washing machine had been fixed so that I could have kept it. I did not know it at the time but I do not like the deep washer bowl and it has too many choices as far as all the dials etc. I needed a washing machine so I just chose one without much thot being given to it. But it was not a good decision on my part. It would have been worth it to me to fix the old one......all this is unfortunately realized in retrospect on my part! It was too expensive for me to have made such a bad decision. One thing I really don't like is the deep bowl. It's a beautiful machine as far as looking at it from the front. Best spin cycle. Works great. Make sure you don't forget to put close in because it will drain after long period of not using

Got off to a rocky start. The first machine broke down in less than a week. They promptly replaced it and the new one works well.

I still don’t understand how come in a new washing machine inside the box when I opened there was tree leaves inside the machine not the box inside the machine

I think it should have more water on a large load it make up a little bit because it is so deep
