The washer is great. It is easy to operate. I love the chimes when to load is done.

We purchased a new washing machine because our old one broke. We looked at top and side loading and found this to be a great washer. The spin cycles can be pretty loud above low so please take note where you’d put this thing. Other than that, the washer has been fantastic with my clothes feeling softer!

The washer has a seal that has always been bent and it is very challenging to clean the dirt and grime from this seal after each washing. The washer is very loud no matter what you wash.

This washer works great and has a lot of features. It was easy to install (other than being very heavy). It works well and gets clothes very clean.

All the different settings on the washer make it a very good choice for us. It does take about an hour for a load, but that’s ok because it has a timer on it telling me how much longer the load has. I also love the load and go feature.

I like the washer & dryer because they are so easy to use....

Gets things clean in minimal time, very quiet and easy to use

After much online research y decided to purchase this washer machine. It cleans the clothing fine and have plenty of different cycles. However, the washer machine is extremely loud; during spinning cycle you can hear it throughout the house. I contacted Bestbuy and was able to replace the washer machine promptly and without issues. Thank you Bestbuy!

Great washer for time saving.Washer is easy to operate.

So much better than our 5 year old Samsung. We purchased all new appliances 5 years ago, all Samsung. Washer ,Dryer , Refrigerator, and Stove . All Samsung appliances have been worked on multiple times. Stove twice, refrigerator once, dryer once (so far) and washer three times. Moral of the story, don’t buy Samsung!!

I have had this machine for a few weeks now. I love how large the drum size is. Makes for less loads, and less time doing laundry. Clothes are fresh. I wipe the seal areas dry with something from the hamper that is ready to go in the next load every wash. This keeps it dry, and free of any funk. Very happy with our purchase.

I have not had one problem with this washer and dryer set which I purchased a couple years ago. The set has worked flawlessly with no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended

I am very unhappy with this washing machine. We purchased brand new and had it delivered July 2018. As of Feb 2019, IT IS NOT WORKING. I called GE to have them send someone out, since it is still under the manufacturer's warranty. The technician told my husband that the switchboard is not sending a signal to the machine. They were supposed to have a switchboard delivered early the following week, only for it to not show up. We called GE to find out what was going on (since no one called us) and was told the switchboard was on back order until May or June. So, we're supposed to go 3-4 months without a washer? I am very unhappy at the moment. This issue has NOT been resolved. We have to leave our home to go to the laundromat if we want clean clothes. DO NOT BUY.

Our GE washer has a little larger tub and simple to understand controls. It doesn't have extras like wifi control etc which is fine...less problems down the road.
