Literally every year, something goes wrong with it. I regret buying this model - during each of the repairs, the repair person warned me that it was poorly constructed and would need to be entirely replaced before long.

Just done a first load with full of cloths. so quiet and beautiful with all the led display. a lot of features and big tub. This washer worths the waiting. I hope best buy can have it faster. Great A++++ for this washer. I will wash my cloth everyday.

Paid for all options (installation kit and removal of old units). When delivery team arrived, they told me they do not have an installation kit for stacking and wasn't sure this unit stacks. Went back to website to verify that this unit specifications allow it to stack which is does. Have had great experiences with BestBuy in the past with computers and electronics so extremely disappointed in their appliance department

Broken after 4 months of use

It is broken and has been for 77 days. It does not shut off unless completely unplugged (it stayed on for over 5 hours before I decided to unplug), my clothes were locked inside for 2 months and destroyed from the mold because it was not draining. 77 days and the next step is still to try another part rather than replace it. Absolutely appalling.

Broke after 4 years, Slightly used

Machine get loud 1 months ago (AUG 2022) and yesterday ( sept 28 2022) Machine broke, rubber door seal chop to pieces, and smell of rubber burning. 4 years is too short for a washing Machine.
