The general consensus is, We love it! It works great and looks great as well. The feet are adjustable and really grab the floor so that its level and stays put. We aren't bothered by operating noise as others have said.

I’ve had this unit for a couple of weeks now and it runs so smooth and looks so nice. I am used to basic, no frills washer and dryers so this is a huge upgade for me. Some people say it’s loud but it’s so much quieter than what I’m used to. I have no complaints. It’s well worth the sale price.

The funny thing is I didn't see this model in the store, I told the staff member what I had and he said this would be perfect in your price range and I bought it without even asking about the features. It got delivered, and we started using it and it is AMAZING! Looks great and works great! It even has an agitator!

I haven't realized how bad my old washer was until i started using this new ge washer. I actually had to clean throw up filled clothes and towels from my sick teen yesterday, used the sanitize function and was extremely impressed. I decided to do one more regular wash afterwards, just because but was not necessary. I will be purchasing the matching dryer because now my dryer capacity is entirely too small lol

The washer did have an electrical issue the first week I had it but it seemed to stem from my apartment's outlet rather than the machine. Best Buy returned it and got me a new one and there hasn't been any issues since.

I love this machine! I was so tired of our front load washer and this one has been an amazing replacement. We use cloth diapers and I love that we can customize the cycles for optimal cleaning!

Best Buy is truly the best, me and my wife needed a new washer and dryer. We initially were going to go to sears but they had a 3-6 week delivery time. Me and my wife stopped by to get her a apple Ipen and we realizad Best Buy sell the exact GE Washer and dryer. We received the best customer service and 2 days later we had our units installed and working. My wife was extremely happy. Beyond Grateful to Best Buy and Pacific Sales for a seamless transaction

Very quiet wash. I love when you turn off the washer it plays a happy goodbye tune as an added touch. The basin is large and over this washer has a sleek look. I luv it!

Had this washer for about a month. Delivered on time and professionally installed. Fit perfectly in my laundry room and so far no complaints.

I’d like to report my washer has a leak and is in need of repair. I’d also like to complain about your delivery guys. They told me they were only supposed to deliver the appliances. Installation was extra and was not paid. But he would do it for free. However, out of the kindness of my heart, I gave the $40 and my old washer &dryer. I feel cheated and manipulated.
