As for now is good and washes cloth snd the machine works nice

I am enjoying my new clothes washer and it meets my expectations.

Love this washer! Super easy to use and works great!

The machine itself washes the clothes good and all but it keeps leaking from the bottom had it replaced twice already and just bought it 2 weeks ago getting another replacement tomorrow. I dont know what else to do if it does the same thing. They asked that i could 1) upgrade but i would pay the difference which is me spending more money 2) getting another brand similar price but i bought a set so that means not matching which makes no sense of buying a set if they going to look different smh. And when i call and ask to speak to supervisor/ manager they question you why why and transfer you to sales instead.

Washer is good besides the noises it makes and the aggressive spin that makes it walk across the floor

Love the controls one has for the aspects of washing clothes. Both me and my wife made many comments to each other for how we enjoyed using this machine. We hope this will give us seven to ten years of reliable use.

We bought this Top Load Washer when our other washer broke. This one is amazing!! It has so many options and works consistently every time. We've had it about 2 months now and LOVE it. We also bought the matching dryer.

The washer is working fine as of today 3/7/2025, we’re quite happy with it.

I purchased this washing machine brand new less than a year ago and since then, things, such as shirts, sheets, towels, blankets, some being BRAND NEW, come out with the stains. This has happened multiple times already, and it's very frustrating because I purchased brand new sheets that are supposed to be washed before putting them on my bed, why are they coming out with stains, which OBVIOUSLY, didn't have before going into the washing machine? VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST. My, now deceased mother's washer and dryer, was also a GE, still functioning, but it was time for a new washer. Those two items were purchased well OVER 30 YEARS ago and still reliable, but now, sometimes, some of the clothes come out and they're not even wet, and I know better than to over fill any type of washer or dryer. Very dissatisfied

GE products are the worse. I got my house 4 years ago and bought GE products because they were supposed to be reliable. I got this washer and a fridge. This washer 1 year and 4 months ago. Good thing i got extended warranty for the washer so they are supposed to fix it or replace it after breaking down on me in the middle of a cycle. The warranty process with BestBuy has been a nightmare btw. I had problems with the GE fridge (expensive) just a little over a year after i got it. I was lucky they did an exception for the warranty since for that one I didn’t get extended warranty. I feel like they make them unreliable on purpose.

I can’t blame Best Buy for this machine but GE has a lot of work to do. I wanted to like the machine but any setting I have used has turned out to be a disappointment. The machine doesn’t wash properly and never dispenses the fabric softener smoothly. I attached photos to show what I mean. I’m thinking about exchanging it for a different brand altogether. This is a huge disappointment.

Im sad to say these washing machine need to be sent back to factory and looked over. I recently purchased had issue's with using it when put on the bulky/bedding setting. I had a second one delivered same issue. Sheets were soak and wet after cycle and barrel makes loud banging sound like its not attached.

Spent so much time researching washers and looking into all of their pros and cons. Settled on this one sense the most common complaint was noise related. I had a previous GE washer that lasted us 15 years so I thought I'd continue with the brand. Couldnt be more happy with the choice. The noise is not an issue at all. That negative feedback is overblown in my opinion. We start a load in the wash room, close the door and we cant hear it. So its a non factor. Love the washing mechanism. Really turns clothes over with the agitator and gets clothes clean. The only minor complaint that I would have and validate from others is the water levels. The Auto setting does not add enough water and even the manual settings of Medium and such is much lower than expected. We have to wash loads at the High or Max level. Other than that, we are very happy with the purchase. Reliability will be judged in the future so we'll see.
