    I don't like the water level set. Otherwise pretty good. Maybe a little too deep for older people. We need simple.

    We purchased this washer online, and we are satisfied, even though it is smaller than our previous washer., it fits well in our space. We like the cycles and the option to choose the fabric softener level. The number of water level controls is great. The glass top is an added plus.

    Works well. The control are easy to use and clothes are clean. I like being able to see through the glass door. We didn't realize how high above the washer it was when opened. So it hits the cabinet above the washer a little bit. Be sure to check that if you buy!

    So far no issues washes great fast. I was disappointed that I was not able to keep the box it came in because I was not at home called to see if their was any way of the keeping it for me but the people that answered your calls know nothing not helpful at all.

    I grew up with GE, so I trust GE products. This washer replaced the 7 year old one. Easy to install, learned from the best. The only problem I had was the plastic threads on the water inlet valve. But thankfully my uncle was able to fix it some how.

    I love this washer! So roomy, there is no doubt I can wash comforters easily! 10 towels no problem and there is still room. The quick wash option I use the most. It is efficient, quick and I can view the clothes through the glass top and its great to see they are clean and spun perfectly. This washer does not dissapoint. I love the sing song chime when I push the start button. Highly recommended!

    I used to work for GE. It pains me to say that over the last couple decades, GE Appliances lost their way. But, if this washer is any indication, they've found it again. It is feature-rich, logical, fairly priced, and does a great job. This may well be the best washer I've ever owned.

      We are glad to hear your new washer has been working well for you. We would like to provide some guidance to help with your fabric softener dispensing. For best results when you use fabric softener select the desired cycle and "deep rinse" needs to be selected as well. By selecting deep rinse this will allow you to add fabric softener to any cycle you choose. You can find this information in 16 and 20 of the Owner's Manual on the website. GE_Appliances

    Great Machine! It has different speeds different water levels quiet I don’t enjoy doing wash nice glass top because see what’s going on. Go take a look you’ll like it for the price.

    I had an older model of this washing machine for 10 year & it just stopped working and start leaking so I bought a newer version and so far so good. I love the clear top it’s a nice machine and it’s pretty too.

    Love this washer. Love the water control fill feature. Uses less water based on load analysis with level control. Love that I can see my clothes as they wash. Able to see that is is load balancing and determining water level. Would recommend this washer.
