Love that you can see through the glass on top. Works wonderfully. The guys delivering this GE washing machine were very courteous and efficient. Even after having to go up a flight of stairs to the entrance of the house and down another flight in the basement. These were very respectful guys. Thank you for a job well done!

The energy efficient options are a nice feature for me. Being able to control the water level and the water temperature, including using tap water, is a great feature. I also find myself doing less loads of laundry due to the drum size.

They don't account for about 4" deeper in the back. I would like to give 1 star for the installation that I paid for to which I then had to hire someone to come out and fix and re-install because the hoses were not cut down to size and twisted up so bad the water couldn't get through.

I would not recommend it. Had the Bestbuy service team / geek squad come and check the noise and they said nothing can be done for the noise. Other than the noise, the machine is working fine so far.

Posted .We would like to provide some troubleshooting tips to help alleviate the sound of the washer. Firstly, make sure that all four rubber leveling legs are firmly on the ground and that your load is balanced. If it isn't, pause the cycle and manually redistribute. Lastly, check out washer sounds on page 27 in your use in care manual. If this information isn't helpful, then service is needed and can be set up via our website or by calling 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET.

One went to back and research on computer and found this GE-4.5 top load DEEP FILL washer. IT IS what is says it is and I could not be happier with it. IT IS the washer every household wants and should be on every one of your sales floors. But the, you would not be able to see any of the others!!

We can choose the water levels as opposed to them selecting them and not as loud.

Posted .This is a wonderful washer model that features a large 4.5 cu. ft. tub. To go along with the large washer tub, this model also provides a "deep fill" cycle setting which gives you total control of water level. Press once for an additional 3 gallons or press and hold to fill up a full 26 gallons.
