Easy to operate, works great. Cycle times are reasonable

If I could give 10 stars I would! I love the way that my washer leaves my clothes, so clean , I also got the dryer and I’m just obsessed about my clothes, my husband clothes have to be deep cleaned because of work and this washer makes sure to take it all out!

My wife and I are enjoying our new GE - 4.5 cu ft Top Load Washer with Water Level Control, etc. The wash options are very good, the machine is quiet, and a glass lid works well. It's so nice to have a short wash option. The machine is agitator free, which is great!

Nice size, easy to operate, a lot of choices for different fabrics

We picked this product bc of space issues w our laundry area. We were pleasantly surprised that the washer has cool tech features which my husband enjoys and I am pleased w quietness of the machine when it’s running.

Works well and does the job. Very happy with it. Only criticism is there were no new hoses included with the purchase so had to use the ones from my old washer. Glad I still had them.

Awesome product even like the chimes.Washes quick and efficient. Has a good variety of cycle options. Customer service at store pick up were nice and helped bringing it in my car. It could come in better packed but it was intact when I removed the box.

Its a good washer. It makes more noise then I expected for being brand new. It does wash the clothes very nice. We wash clothes every day so we will have to see how it holds up. Was not very expensive if you get it on black Friday.

Love the glass top. It took a little while to feel comfortable with the water barely covering the clothes, but it cleans my husband’s dirty work clothes beautifully, AND we’re saving water - a win-win!

great washer. Has just the right amount of features without a lot of useless fluff. Gives you control of your water levels to get a decent wash. Highly recommend.

I love washing clothes at home I don’t like going to do laundry on a laundry mat so like that I have time to do something else

I would not recommend this product, or even this brand. We purchased this washer in March 2024. Just before it was a year old it stopped working. We do not over-fill our washer or wash super heavy loads, so I'm not impressed with how quickly this one needed repairs. Getting it repaired has been ridiculously inefficient. The technicians are nice, but getting the right parts sent and then having to wait another week between appointments is a nightmare. Our first appointment was almost a week out from when we called and it was automated so we couldn't even talk to a live person to schedule. When the technician came he installed one part he had on hand and had to order 2 more. We received a box from the manufacturer a week later and then had to wait ANOTHER 5 days for installation. At that appointment, the technician opened the box and told us one of the parts we needed had not been delivered, so the washer was STILL not able to be fixed. After parts were ordered AGAIN we now have to wait another WEEK for them to arrive. After they arrive my husband was told that we can then schedule an appointment for installation. Seriously?? Here we are almost 4 WEEKS with no working washer. We are a family of 5 and it is beyond frustrating to have no working washer (we have also had family visiting from out of town during this time). It would have been much more efficient had ALL the parts arrived the FIRST time. Get it together GE. As it is, I will never purchase anything from GE again. Unless you want to spend a month handwashing laundry for your family (plus company) in a bathtub, avoid this brand. 0 stars for product quality and 0 stars for repair time.

I’ve had the machine less than 2 months. It cleans fine, however it becomes off balance often. To the point that I just asked if I could return, but can’t as I’ve had it over 15 days. I’ve had so many washing machines over the years and I’ve never had one go off balance like this. Small and larger loads. I go back in when wet to try move things so will balance.

I had my first 6 years ago and it never did me wrong. I have tons of animals and 5 girls along with an MMA. Fighter in the house all his sweaty sweatpants, love the agitator in the middle does its job

My wife loves her new washer with the glass door and shows the approx. end minutes. On its 1st hot load with extra rinse was done my wife noticed some water on the floor at the front left. We will have to see if it happens again before we have to call for warranty.
