GE 4.5 Washer with glass lid

I like the quick cycle, which is only 24 minutes total. It is easy to use, all dials eay to read. I am so glad we bought it.

Quick wash is the best

The representative that took our call heard the loud noise as well. The washer was returned to the distributor. The dryer arrived the same time of the washer and it had a dent on the side but based on where it we placed it no one could see the dent. I repurchased the GE washer from a different store and it’s working properly so both the GE product easy to use. I would recommend the item just not from Best Buy.

I have tons of animals and 5 girls along with an MMA. Fighter in the house all his sweaty sweatpants, love the agitator in the middle does its job

GE appliances stand the test of time and they consider this machine to be a workhorse. Love the various wash cycle options and sensors. I highly recommend this washer as I previously had the older model that was over 10 years old.

I would not recommend it. Had the Bestbuy service team / geek squad come and check the noise and they said nothing can be done for the noise. Other than the noise, the machine is working fine so far.

Posted .We would like to provide some troubleshooting tips to help alleviate the sound of the washer. Firstly, make sure that all four rubber leveling legs are firmly on the ground and that your load is balanced. If it isn't, pause the cycle and manually redistribute. Lastly, check out washer sounds on page 27 in your use in care manual. Less than 2 months old and often off balance

To the point that I just asked if I could return, but can’t as I’ve had it over 15 days. I’ve had so many washing machines over the years and I’ve never had one go off balance like this. Small and larger loads. I go back in when wet to try move things so will balance.

Posted .We would like to help with the out-of-balance condition your washer is detecting. The spin light will blink during the remaining portion of the cycle and will stay illuminated for a short time after cycle completion. When the washer tries to redistribute the load, the Rinse light will be illuminated solid while the Spin light blinks. When this occurs, the washer is taking actions to correct the out-of-balance condition and complete the cycle normally. In some cases, the washer may not be able to balance the load and spin up to full speed. If you notice the load is more wet than normal at the end of the cycle, redistribute the load evenly in the wash basket and run a Drain & Spin cycle. No more putting detergent in with the clothes which has a chance of not dissolving. I like being able to see what's going on through the glass lid.
