I live the fact ot has a sanitize setting. Its pretty quiet The cons the tub ia a lil deep which makes it harder for a short person but i will manage. Also the newer washers tend to not fill with wayer unless lid is locked and i like to be able to rinse my laundry cup out so thats a hige negative to me but other than that the eqsher has been great. Although ive only had it 3 days so of course it would be doing great

I’m on the short petite size so it’s a little bit hard for me to get to the bottom of the washer to take out the wet clothing. but I do like GE products very much. I would recommend it.

We would like to help and provide some guidance with the loud noise coming from your units. The first thing we recommend checking is if the washer/dryer is completely level. If the washer/dryer is not level that will contribute to the loud sounds you are hearing. More information on how to level your unit will be found in your use and care manual (page 25) which can be found on the website. If the unit are level and you are still experiencing the washer making a lot of sound, we recommend service. I'm noticing a couple things though: 1) The agitator sort of makes a rubbing noise. This may be normal; I'm not sure. 2) When coming to a stop, once that I heard when I was standing by it waiting for it to stop, the drum banged against the sides a few times. I have to wonder how it will be if I wash a quilt.
