Great washer, has a clear lid which is a nice feature. Lots of settings which are easy to understand. I simply pick the closest description, add the detergent, and start the machine. I really like the washer and would buy it again! It does have an agitator inside, which I like. I had a washer before that did NOT have one and the clothes got twisted together in the wash. This does not happen with this machine. The gray color looks nice too!

Absolutely love them the.color is great i didnt mind paying more for black I like the sleek look! They are super quiet so you can run them any time of night even if you habe kids sleeping. I love the see theoigh top so i can check in if needed and see how the clothes are washing, i also lobe the detailed spot for tide pods! Thought lt it was so cute and well thought out, i also enjoyed to samples and coupons it came with!

This is a Super Quiet washer i only suggest reading the owner's manual and follow directions on washing clothes for example if you wash regular clothes(shirts for example) with towels the towels will come out very damp. (The setting are designed to spin at different speeds less for shirts higher for sheets and towels). You must wash towels and sheets under the Sheets and towel setting. It uses less water than a a non HE washer but cleans clothes just as good.

I will preface this by saying yes, I know the manual talks about this, BUT I did not anticipate how frequent I would have to go to the washing machine to put the laundry into the dryer only to find it was still soaking wet—even routine loads like towels that were balanced when placed into the machine. It’s quite annoying to remove the wet laundry, then reload to balance the drum. The machine does a really good job at actually cleaning, but having to reload wet laundry frequently makes me wish I’d bought a different make/model. I would not buy this again.

Only had it about a month now...but so far so good...it does a really good job of getting my clothes clean. And compared to my 40 year old Kenmore it is very quiet!!!!!

I really like the look and the option of settings on this washing machine. It does a really nice job of washing clothes. Many newer top loading washing machines don’t have the center agitator, this one does. The things I dislike is that with many settings, the water level is much lower than it should be. Not all settings allow you to choose the deep fill option.

Love how large the loads are you can wash a bunch of clothes at once. Easy to operate. I like that it has sanitizer or deep clean setting

This is our second delivery due to the first washer with agitator was the wrong washer. Thought the first delivery was incorrect product, those different delivery men where knowledgeable and provided great service to our family. This delivery went well too. The delivery men did remained vigilant with the environmental restrictions due to the corona virus. They didn't just drop the appliance off and leave. They provided verbal installation instructions and knowledge about the appliance to help our family. They talked us through verbally how to get it hooked up our selves in our home. That helped us to be more comfortable about what we needed to do to get the appliance up and running. Appreciate the time that was taking to explain the process. Working great!

I LOVE my new washer... it’s super quiet.. I love that I can use pods instead of messy liquid detergent.. it’s super deep and looks real slick.. I absolutely love the dark color compared to the normal white color a lot of washers are which I feel like it makes them looks dingy after a bit.. but totally 5 stars

I like it, super cute. The only complaint is, it tends to get off balance often when washing bulky items(comforters) and when you balance your laundry out, the cycle starts all over which tends to leave the items soaking wet. Still playing around with it to see if there is something I’m not doing right.

This washer has worked well for us. The large capacity has been key. The largest comforter we washed was a double, but it looks like it would fit a queen or larger. Clothes are clean with minimal detergent and spins to be fairly dry.

I love our washer. It’s exactly what I was looking for and I love the twin dryer. I always wanted a top loader because I feel as it if doesn’t mess up as easily as other washers.

Washer seems to go out of balance a lot and causes rinse cycle to keep repeating. It’s a big machine, so we are hoping it’s just a balance problem. Geek squad is coming out to check it out. Hope to be able to update this review to a better one
