First one was a complete dud and the manufacturer didn't troubleshoot and wanted to send service on a brand new appliance. Luckily best buy resolved my issue and brought us a new one. It's loud when it fills and sounds like water is leaking but I'm used to a front loader so may just be my issue

the machine itself is sleek and simple design. It is a bit noisy when running, It appears to be doing a good job cleaning the clothes...not sure about the detergent tray....it looks as though some is left behind as well as the softener. Overall, I am satisfied and have no major complaints

At first it was great. I’ve had it about 2 months now and it has started the awful “off balance” issue I see other reviews mention. I wish I would have read this before buying, i’m sure it’s too late to return them. I can’t wash ANY type of bedding. Not even a simple throw cover without this machine becoming off balance. It fills the tub and tries to fix the issue that way, only to leave the items completely soaked in water at the end of the cycle. It’s insane. Then you have to wring the water out in hopes of getting the items into the dryer. This first happened a week ago with a BABY/TODDLER blanket. I tried it about 3 times before giving up and wringing the item myself. For this, I do not recommend. As a normal family household, we need to be able to wash sheets, towels, bedding!

we love this washer, we have the matching dryer too and they make a great pair. very quiet and works very well to get our clothing clean.

Great replacement for your older model, slimmer and better looking for the same capacity. The changes in the dials is a welcome one and the self-assessment of the load size was surprisingly good and puzzling at the beginning. Reading the instructions will help to find the soap dispenser and other great features unless you want to continue to wash like a caveman

We are really pleased with the efficiency of washing clothes. It gives you several options based on what your need is. Easy to operate as well.

Looks great. Washes great. Spin cycles are a nightmare. Idk what engineer thought hope and dreams would keep the bucket from banging against the walls of the washer with every spin cycle. My neighbors keep expecting the kool-aid man to burst through the walls each time this washer spins. The worst part is that the cpu IS smart enough to know that bucket trying to fly into space is bad, but not smart enough to pause the cycle in error. It gives up and says it's done. So when you go to put your sheets in the dryer they are soaking wet. I've reworked load sizes, settings, and distribution in the tub. Nothing works except redistribution of the load when it's soaking wet. Not the end of the world, but I expected better from GE.

works great/very quiet i forget when it is on! easy to navigate, automatic sensor is great for gauging loads to save water

So far it works great. I love that it has a large capacity with five people in my household that comes in handy. I just wish I could have gotten the gas dryer to match. Apparently gas dryers are hard to come by right now I have been waiting for one to be instock. The washer is really nice Iove all the features; I just hope it last a long time. As for quality and value time only will tell how well it holds up.

I haven't owned this set long enough to give any kind of proper review. However, it was a great value, which is what attracted me to the product and GE is a company that has been around for a very long time. The set works great, it's quiet, and does exactly what it's suppose to do.

I bought this washer because of the reviews, price, and design... but I quickly found out that it wasn’t able to spin without going off balance on small loads. It was however able to take big loads. So I called GE and was told that their machines aren’t made for small loads, that I would ether have to manually adjust the clothes before the spin cycle, or wait until I had a big load. For me, that would be a month! So I quickly returned it, and bought a Maytag... it can handle any size loads.

Works great! So much easier to use than a front loader (which this replaced) Large capacity, washes nicely. Would recommend!

This washer is fantastic! So many different settings, very quiet and efficient. Very Spacious can wash very large loads!!

I can fit sooo much laundry in this washer! I’m 5’8” and have a little bit of a hard time reaching the bottom of the washer, but I’m impressed in how well the clothes are washed! A few of the best features are the child lock and the fact that you can see your clothes being washed (clear top)

Good looking machine. In the first month the belt fell but we were able to open the back and put it back on (I think the machine got unbalanced because I was washing many sheets at the same time). Otherwise working well!

Very big I’m 5’2 needs a step stool but it cleans 2 weeks of clothes with no problem it looks very good and works well
