Easy to use. Does a great job cleaning clothes. Wish tone to notify when cycle complete was louder. Looks very nice.

You can't beat this machine very effective and efficient and fast. Almost 2 years and i only had to get service once that because we had a power outage in my area and the machines, Wadher and dryer lost their memory. The tech just hooked up his laptop and reprogram them within minutes.

2 years in, machine runs amazing. Have not had any issues with it.

Love efficiency of this washer especially water conservation . Uses only water that is gnecessary by evaluating load weight in the tub which is automatic once cloths are in washer. Recommends water temps. Quiet while running wash cycles.

After years and years of using my old washer, it was a bit intimidating using this new electronic washer. Once I did it, I found it was super easy. I don't even have to tell the washer how much water to use. It measures the load size and determines how full to fill the tub. Also, there is a degree of customization that I did not have on my old washer. I can tell it to spin more/less, use hotter/colder water, etc. My only concern is how long I can expect the electronics in these new machines to last.

This is the worst washing machine I've ever had the misfortune of using. The clothes come out still feeling crunchy, dirty, and unclean because the barrel puts hardly any water in even on Deep Fill. It's constantly getting off balance whether you have a full load or two items in it and then it doesn't spin out, but it doesn't let you know that it didn't spin out until you go to pick up the laundry and they're sopping wet. My husband didn't realize it hadn't spun out and put the soaking wet clothes in the dryer and flooded our floor under the dryer - thankfully we have tile. When you try to put it on the cycle that is just Spin it just keeps adding more water. I seriously hate that I wasted so much money on this machine but due to Covid affecting production my choices were super limited and here I am stuck with this piece of garbage.

Good capacity; holds a good amount of clothes while also using the right of amount of water to wash. Quiet running.

Was bought as a surprise gift for the queen of the palace, I must say she is impressed. Had a little hiccup at the start but the machine figured it self out on the day of the replacement. So good so far thanks Best buy

My wife loves it because you can wash large comforters, and two sets of sheets instead of one it saves a lot of time and water. Best washer we ever had.

This washer works great except for large bulky loads. It gets off balance easily and I have to open the lid and readjust to get it to continue to spin. If you don’t readjust it won’t spin and will have your comforter soaking wet.

This washer is super fancy! We recently upgraded from an older traditional basic washer and dryer. My first attempt to use it was rather confusing (I took for granted that I would be able to figure it out without reading the instructions). Once I read through the little chart that came with the washer, it was smooth sailing. The washer will actually weigh and select the appropriate water amount for your load (in doing so, it makes several strange beeps and the water starts and stops, which is totally normal). Do be careful not to overfill it though, as this will result in none of the soap or fabric softener being dispensed and it may spill out onto your clothes after the cycle is complete.
