I am very disappointed in Best buy that they delivered a defective/non working Stove product to a regular customer. No one even bother to check the item before packing it. There is a case number for this 315-756-301. We hope best buy will provide us discount on this 4 weeks worth of delays and multiple trips to our premise.

Negative is that the stove grates have one corner of the unit lower then the other 3 so pans are not level and can wobble which is not safe.

It turns out that I had nothing to worry about. The set-up was quick and easy, and the range-top and oven work perfectly. All I had to do was use a thermometer to check and set the oven temp, all it was ready to go. For half the price of a fancier model, it doesn't get any better than this GE

I purchased this for a rental property. So I did not want all kinds of bells and whistles that will break. This was easy to install. Works and so far no issues. I expect many many year of trouble-free use for this range

I was told I would be credited due to the multiple huge dents left from the delivery and never was.

It is tough to move out when you have stairs and obstacles but they know how to do the job. I would never think anyone other than Best Buy for appliance purchases. This stove is great. It doesnt have a display but i dont mind that at all. It does what i need it to, cook my food. Haha Seriously, the stove heats up quickly and the burns come on like a light! I would recommend this stove to anyone.
