Very satisfying, easy to use, love the Bluetooth’.

So far the washer has performed great. This is larger than the old one which was 4.5 cu ft and it is much nicer. I didn't think the slightly larger size would make much difference but it really does.

Like the venting that is built into the machine. No need to leave the washer door open to avoid odors in the tub.

So far it's washing very nicely as one would expect an $809 machine to do. It's easier to work than I thought it would be because of the black screen area. However, the manual is very confusing because it tries to explain several models in one source to cut down on printing costs.

I love my new GE HE front load washing machine with the UltraFresh Vent System. I've had a couple of front load washing machines in the past and decided to go with a top load last time. I did not like it at all. When we moved recently I decided to get another front load washer. I did some research and found that GE had good success and little to no problems. I am so glad I went this route, I love it!! The Vent System is great in that it helps to keep everything from getting moldy like they used to. This one is here to stay!

Great machine cleans good and very quiet also user friendly

We've used this for a month. BestBuy delivered and installed the unit, fast & efficient. I'm by no means an expert on washing machines, I'm just regular joe who wants clean clothes. This unit delivers that, while being quiet & fast. Very easy to use and the controls are self-explanatory. Lots of options for detergents!

I wouldn't say I love this washer but it gets the job done. I need to use fragrance-free soap due to skin allergies so when the clothes come out they don't smell clean - they don't smell like anything necessarily - so maybe that's a good thing? I don't notice the clothes dirty after they wash and I use the UltraFresh vent frequently to help prevent a mildew smell. I am anti-Samsung and LG so I'm hoping GE meets my expectations.

I like the design, modern and functional. It cleans the clothes well. The only reasin I put 4 stars instead of 5 is that it seems that the normal operation noise is louder than other washers I have owned.

Good washing machine. Love the ultrafresh vent feature. Size is great. Clothes come out fresh. It is noisier than expected.

This was a 2023 Black Friday Purchase for our new house. Could not install it until floors were done in April. They delivered the wrong one, and we waited longer for correct one. From day one it smelled TOXIC…like burning plastic/tar with noxious fumes that would fill the laundry room and make my family and I feel sick when smelling that. It became even worse when using hot water…to the point of having to open the laundry room window and let it vent for 5 minutes before anyone could go in there. I tried to get a refund but the customer representatives at Best Buy said I was past my 60 day warranty period. They insisted it only lasted 60 days after purchase, but it is actually 60 days after install. They would not listen to me, and so I was forced to keep the washer. For 2 years I had to keep having them come out and try to “FIX” the washer, but the smell does not go away. Some washes are less smelly than others, but it never goes away. Added to this is that the washer tears, rips, puts holes in cloths. It also rips off drawstrings and buttons off jeans. It has DESTROYED 1/3 of my family’s cloths. I have some things that are over 30+ years old and never had any problems with washing them until putting them through this washer where they were destroyed. I have had several washers in my lifetime, including the next model up from this one, and this is the first washer I’ve seen to be an absolute NIGHTMARE. At this point I hate this washer with a passion and cannot wait to get rid of it. I’m also upset with Best Buy for gaslighting me through most of this experience. It wasnt until recently that they finally sent a geek squad person over who actually listened to, and tried to fix, the problems with this machine. Still, he has replaced lots of things on it several times, but has not figured out how to fix the problem. I DO NOT recommend this washer to anyone, and I do not recommend purchasing any major appliance from Best Buy either. Other big box stores will treat you a lot better and offer much better warranties than Best Buy. I only purchased from them to begin with because they had a better price on a washer and dryer set that I wanted for my new house. If only I had stayed with the other big box nationwise store I usually purchased appliances from, then I probably would not have gone through all this trouble. I speak from years of experience…been purchasing items from Best Buy since 1996. But, they have changed a lot over the last few years, and not for the better so far. I would rather purchase from the manufacturer instead of Best Buy. It’s been over 2 years since purchase, and now they say I can probably have a replacement or credit for the washer. In my opinion that is the least they can do, because it does not make up for gaslighting me, destroying my families cloths (which cost a lot of money), and exposing us all to noxious fumes that made us feel sick. It’s astonishing what they get away with. Don’t let it happen to you. Purchase your major appliances somewhere else.

Love this wash machine. This is our first front loader. We were a little nervous switching from our top loader. But it has worked great. Love all the settings which are very easy to select. Love the large capacity which has reduced the number of loads and saves water and time.

We love this washing machine! It cleans every load thoroughly and the spin cycle leaves cloths so much dryer than our previous washers. In fact, our old dyer that normally took multiple dry cycles (2-3) to dry our cloths dried our cloths completely in one cycle while we waited for our new dryer to come in! Highly recommend!

I love my new GE front load washer as it will hold a lot of clothes and really gets them clean. I also love the UltraFresh Vent System as I don't need to worry about the moldy musty smell anymore. Great innovation.

I have had this washer for over a month now without any issues. it's very quiet and convenient. bought it as a set along with the dryer. got like $500 off from my local BestBuy store. i like that it's 4.8 cu. ft., which is good when i need to wash comforter/blanket.

I’ve had a few different washer/dryers but this is by far the best! It just feels like my clothes, get much cleaner and the drying time has been cut way down. So many choices from bulky loads to sanitizing to delicate and even fast mode. I actually love doing laundry now.
