So far so good. Works, clothes come out clean. It is a little louder than our last LG pair. Easy to use, love that the door is reversible to open the other way.

We had been without a washer and dryer for a month and needed nice units pronto. When i tell you, we are obsessed...everyone in our house loves doing laundry now ...for real. The app makes it easy to know when the cycle is done. They are quiet!! They get a little louder on bedding setting with the king duvet, but other than that, very quiet! I love the sanitize setting, and that the washer can vent itsself after use. They are on the bigger side, but man they are amazing. Also the delivery crew was so fast, so kind, And so gentle and minful with our new units, and hauled away our old ones. Wonderful experience all around.

It’s been installed for 3 weeks and is working great. The valves are more robust than my previous 13 year old Whirlpool front loader. This necessitates the need for water hammer suppressors on my plumbing due to my high water pressure.

Love this front loader sooo much! It’s just so willing to take on the many loads I throw at it. Handles big loads, has many useful settings, quiet, and efficient.

Very impressed with this washer so far. I read all the reviews and did a lot of research prior to my purchase. The unit is quiet, door does not leak, and cleans clothes well. The app is great to update the software and see usage, but I turned off notifications.

This has more than met our expectations. The laundry comes out cleaner, and softer than our old top loader.

Love this washer. It is very quiet and the venting setting I think is going to be a huge plus for the future of this machine, it will keep mold from developing on door seal. I also love the capacity, I can fit my king size shag comforter in with no problem.

I’ve had a few different washer/dryers but this is by far the best! It just feels like my clothes, get much cleaner and the drying time has been cut way down. So many choices from bulky loads to sanitizing to delicate and even fast mode. I actually love doing laundry now.

Love the simplicity of this washer! Also the most wonderful option to add more water - especially important for extra dirty loads. Easy to read dial for other choices i.e. water temperature, spin speed, add extra rinse, pre wash & type of load. Oh dear almost forgot the "breathing" door to alleviate musty smell and mold...and this washer has an extraordinary beautiful appearance...

So far so good! Purchased this washer as a replacement to a Samsung front load washer that keep pot breaking and was no longer covered by warranty. Please note: ALWAYS PURCHASE EXTRA LONG WARRANTY

Like the venting that is built into the machine. No need to leave the washer door open to avoid odors in the tub.

I wouldn't say I love this washer but it gets the job done. I need to use fragrance-free soap due to skin allergies so when the clothes come out they don't smell clean - they don't smell like anything necessarily - so maybe that's a good thing? I don't notice the clothes dirty after they wash and I use the UltraFresh vent frequently to help prevent a mildew smell. I am anti-Samsung and LG so I'm hoping GE meets my expectations.

Excellent washer. Love the large capacity. Very quite compared to what I had. Only issue is I cannot get the WIFI to work. QR codes provided don't work.

The GE washer runs efficiently and quietly. It spins our clothes very well, which cuts on drying. I’m extremely impressed and pleased with our purchase.

Horrible experience beginning to end. We bought a house August 2024 and purchased washer,dryer and refrigerator in July, all scheduled to be delivered on our move in day. Mid day no one has shown and turns out they needed to reschedule but no one reached out to me. They said it would be weeks until the next delivery appointment. We had a friend pick up the appliances so we wouldnt have to wait and now we also had to install ourselves which was difficult because I was pregnant at the time. To keep this review from being a novel I’ll leave that as the beginning. Now right after the one year limited warranty is up the door lock is broken and keeping the water from draining. We got the lock replaced and it did the same thing immediately with the new lock, so now apparently it’s the motherboard. We aren’t just looking at a new washing machine now unless we replace with the exact same one because our laundry room is so small they have to be stacking and we have the matching dryer. Seems like this is a common issue with this model too so I don’t exactly want to buy another just like it.

Great washer large capacity. Much quieter than my old front loader. The app lets you know when clothes are done.

Love this washing machine. No complicated buttons or settings and clothes and towels come out clean. Machine is quiet and cycles are adjustable. Love the venting system as well.
