We have had this machine for about 3 weeks, and so far we really like it. I am giving it 4 out of 5 so far. I have done about 8 loads of wash. It uses very little water, but the clothes are still coming our very clean. I find I can use half the amount of detergent like I did with my old top load machine. Our repairman told me it is better for the machines, environment, and more importantly it isn't' necessary to use so much. I do not use the auto dispense. I wipe the seal after each use, and run the vent system.

Easy to operate and everything comes out super clean. Love the new technology in the door. No musty odor. Highly recommend.

Love this washer. It works well and runs smooth, low volume, powerful wash cycle and holds a great amount of clothes in it.

We truly really love this washer so far. We’ve had it for about a month and the clothes appear to be clean. I appreciate having the app that is able to tell me when there is 5 min left and when the cycle is finished since our washer is in the basement. It is a little tricky connecting and takes a little patience. What really makes this machine worth it though is the venting feature!! No mold has grown thus far and due to the blue rim treated with microban I can visibly tell the machine is clean.

We really love this washer. Love the led display. Gets clothes really clean without using a ton of water. Like the built in wifi to alert you the wash is done. Only con is this thing is super heavy at 250lbs.

So far I like the waaher. It does what it is supposed to do. Clothes get clean. It is pretty quiet while running. It has several cycles to choose from. No complaints so far.

After my first front load washer 9 years ago I swore I wouldn’t buy another. Due to space constraints I had no choice. That said I couldn’t be happier! The GE is super quiet and has almost no vibration. I can leave the laundry room door open now and still watch tv! It can wash a load in 20 minutes vs the previous front loads 60min. Setup was simple and came with all necessary attachments. Actual use is straight forward and as simple as a button press. After using it for several weeks there is no sign of mold or mildew. This machine is very well built and heavy when compared to similar sized models. I would recommend This washer to anyone who needs to either replace Or upgrade a front loader, or a first time buy for the long haul.

Biggest scam... I bought this thinking it will last long considering its modern and "you get what you pay for" type deal.. hasnt been two years yet and it already failed and I took exceptional care of it because i wanted to last a long time.. I made triple sure there is no more warranty so i opened it to an extent where a warranty wouldnt void.. i opened up the bottom to check the pump for my specific issue and everything else i can check within reach it all seemed brand new and fine.. put it back so my educated guess is the digital/computer part of this washer is failing.. something that is NOT within my reach when it comes to taking care of... i truly believe this is something that is worthy of being recalled but ive called manufacture and bestbuy numourous times and no one can help me just because its been over 1 year... Best buy charges JUST for a diagnostics plus they gave me an estimate MINIMUM of how much repairs would be I rather not say how much because id ont want my review to be removed but i rather by a new washer.. DO NOT BUY i did the best i can to maintain clean... maybe a review will finally get best buy to help me.. theyre a HUGE company .. helping me wont break their bank

Does a good job of washing, and the UltraFresh system has prevented any odors from appearing like you hear about with front loaders. Spins really fast to get the water out!

We love our new washer. It's quite and your cloths get done fast.

First time owning a front loader and I absolutely love it, it is not as loud as my previous one. It washes clothes fairly well and i love the vent system in it great purchase
