This is so easy to use and most importantly cleans our clothes throughly leaving them fresh and clean

Purchased this in December 2020 after old LG Front Loader broke down after about 10 years. We've used the machine a lot since purchasing a month and a half ago and couldn't be happier with the machine and Best Buy's delivery and installation service. The Ultrafresh system is fantastic, and we don't miss the moldy smell that always seemed to come from the old LG. Get's clothes clean, and the smart feature, which I didn't expect to use, is fantastic. It gives a notification to your mobile device when your laundry cycle is finished. You can also track how much time is left from your phone. Machine seems solid and well built - highly recommended.

Just got the new machine 2 days ago. Really happy with it so far. Easy to use and it’s so much quieter than our old front loader. Very impressed with how dry the towels were when the cycle was done. Only have used 3 of the 10 cycles, but I’m happy with the performance. The number one reason I bought this machine was for the venting system. My old machine had a terrible moldy odor that I could no longer get rid of. Time will tell how well the ventilation system works to prevent mold buildup on this new machine.

I like this washer so big and so quiet, clothes is so clean specially the white color clothes i set up to white cycle and i was so impressed! Super like.

This front load washer is easy to use and does a good time conserving on water. If you connect it to your phone app, it lets you know when it’s nearly cycle completion and sends reminders that it is done. Please note, only one phone/person can be linked to a washer/dryer. My wife and I tried having it linked to both of our phone apps, but unlinks then previous phone app once you try linking a second phone app.

Dryer trap plastic parts broke 1 at a time in the 1st week. Other than that everything is exceptionally and impeccable. Just got the steam hose attachment for steam cleaning. Do know, if u do not purchase the attachment some functionalitys are rendered useless as described but not as clearly as I'd like. Huge and does a great job did shrink a few things but could be a U.E huge and great but plan to replace dryer lint Catherine. Hope they have um somewhere locally and hopefully covered in the 1year warrenty

Loving this washer so much! The app is so nice because you can be anywhere and know when your load is complete. Also love the UltraFresh Vent system. The machine looks brand new every time I open the door to put laundry in!

Love love love this washer. So easy so fancy, washes so good, the spin cycle gets so much water out that my clothes dry in record time. More then happy with this purchase.

Excellent high capacity washer with many features including antimicrobial technology that has prevented mold from developing on the door gasket. Laundry smells clean and fresh. If you have a large family or need to wash laundry several times per week then this is the front load washer for you.

great machines a must have very quite and washes very well

This washer is phenomenal. I was hesitant with it being my first front load washer. This washer is silent and it cleans clothes very well.

Great washer.. hold a bunch of cloth for a wash.. average time is about 57minutes definitely would get the same one if needed a replacement

So far so good- we’ve been using the washer for 6 weeks. Spins super fast which helps the drying to be faster. Overall- great washing machine- seems to clean out clothes better- love the fresh vent feature - we still leave it open or cracked so we don’t run the fresh vent constantly.

I buy a washing machine and a dryer of this brand and so far everything is fine, I trust that they will last many years, my mom has her appliances of this brand and they have lasted many years. So I think it was definitely a good purchase. And the deal in the store was very good and quick, they explained everything to me and they were very kind. I recommend that you come here for yours.

Is working fine. Appears to be quite loud at times. The men installing this washing machine did an amazing job. Brest Buy should be proud of them.

Just got this washing machine and what can I tell you, it's amazing! The UltraFresh vent system is worth having. Overall the washing machine is great! (:

The delivery team did an excellent job in delivering the washer. Both gentle men were polite and showed up on time. The removal of the old washer and the install of the new one took place rather quickly.

So far so good with this washer. What I noticed is that when the wash is done the clothing practically comes out dry. The Drum itself is dry like it wasn't even wet. I like that you're able to have it add a bit more water to the wash if you want. A feature that I had only seen in top loading washers. It does a good job at cleaning my clothes and the app feature is great because it lets you know when the washer is done if you're busy doing something else.
