It works well. Its very heavy. You will not be able to shift it around easily. My last one would move if you leaned on it. Definitely get the install so you can have extra people to get it into your home. Works well.

This is the smartest purchase I have ever made. This washer works beautifully, gets everything clean and always smells great because of the UltraFresh Vent System. I love that feature!

This model has the highest of quality on the market. Its motor sustains very high speed spins. Spin basket stabilization mechanism is much better than top-load models. The rinse/spin algorithm seems to be able to counter-balance in transition to high speed spin. Strongly recommend to upgrade plastic front door to Gorilla Glass, with optional giant screen protector for purchase.

It’s been a beautiful experience to have such a nice washer that’s so efficient and quiet.
Like all front loads, the door seal does require frequent cleaning but is not a deterrent.

This has been an awesome washing machine, since our horrible experience with our Samsung Toploader that couldn’t wash one blanket without a burning smell and locking up this GE washing machine has been a treat. I love the Wi-Fi connection and especially the antibacterial Materials included in this machine. You don’t have to leave the door open on this front loader it has a special button that allows the machine to continue to drain and spin for hours after you’re done with your laundry so you don’t get that awful smell. So far so good I’ve only on for about a month now but no problems whatsoever yet And hope it continues to work as well as it has. Will never purchase a Samsung appliance again the customer service is awful and their appliances are built shoddy. But she has been great and now I own 10 GE appliances with no issues whatsoever.

I really like the venting cycle it eliminates odors that sometimes occur with the hard water we have. They get the clothes clean and spin dry cycle really gets the clothes to a damp dry state not wet wet at all great job here.

HORRIBLE Machine. DO NOT BUY!!! We had this machine replaced 2x since we purchased in November 2023. It is so loud, the door will lock and not open, blue rubber gets stuff stuck all the time and now smells a bit. We had GE out twice after that, and Best Buy 1x. Now it is not working. Best Buy diagnosed as drain pipe broke, then kept cancelling my appointment. Went to the store tried to get resolution told me call the center. I HAVE to call otherwise they do not. Another service tech came out said still not working its the control board. Waiting for appointment and again cancelled. Spent more hours on the phone for someone to finally tell me parts cancelled because part no longer available so FINALLY they will do an exchange. They told me I should hear from someone in less than 24 hours. Called because I never did and they said 24-48 hours. We are not past that point and I feel like I will never get a new one. Horrible machine, horrible communication and I have kids in sports and swimming with no where to wash. BEYOND disappointed in this whole process and the machine.
