Big mistake buying this item. It stopped working a few days ago (2.5 years in use). Controls don't stay on when starting a load. We were told by the GE technician that the 10 year limited warranty only covered the motor and that we would need to pay $114 for the visit to diagnose which board has failed, and afterwards parts and labor to fix it. We told him no thanks. We will throw this thing in the trash and never buy GE again. The dryer which was part of the set, also died 18 months after purchase. We had to pay $450 to get it fixed. These products are lemons.

Exactly as advertised. High quality and good price. Seems larger than the same 4.8L capacity unit we replaced. Easy controls. Self-ventilation system is a good improvement and works.

I really like this washer. I’ve had more expensive sets but this one works just as well. I wonder if i can stack it with the dryer, though. Other than that, I’d recommend!

Absolutely love this thing. It's quiet, beautiful, sleek, and notifies us when the laundry is ready. The only con is we can't seem to both get notified due to restrictions with the app.

Dryer is really nice very quiet and has plenty of options for every task. Dries fast.
