So far so good. Way shorter cycle than the Samsung we had and the clothes are wring out way better making drying shorter as well.

Works properly issues with the app at times but overall great machine

Going from a Samsung unit to GE and hands down the GE is way better. WiFi works seamlessly, soap tray is perfect and the machine is extremely quiet. No complaints.

No regrets we were looking for self venting systems since we’ve heard what a nightmare it was to keep the lids open. So far so good The only thing is the panel is kinda bulky but it’s easy to use though

I love this machine! It spins so fast that the clothes are almost dry when they come out. The venting feature works well and seems super smart. Will never go without nice laundry machines again.

One year and two days after it was installed it stopped working. No warning. We’re just a simple family of three no pets no heavy usage. Of course all warranties have expired. No one will stand behind the product at all. Appliance repair not associated with Best Buy or GE was our best option for the repair because they couldn’t get here for three weeks. It’s the board and apparently according to this license Appliance repair company. This has been an issue for about a year and a half and G is not standing behind their product. I will never purchase another one!!! Over $400 for a repair and three weeks without a washing machine

Good machine. Noise level is acceptable. Would recommend this washer.

Love it. Gets clothes clean and its quiet. The only issue is if you accidently touch the knob while it's running it will stop the cycle and change the setting.

We currently have this in our house in Minnesota so when we bought a house in Florida, we got the same one.

This machine is a cut above the rest! We have a large family and finally someone is not having to keep running out to rebalance the load.

Works like a charm! All touch button control with a dial selection for type of wash . It looks very sleek, is quiet in operation and it performs well. Count me as a satisfied customer.
