Good solid machine. Clothes come out dryer than our former Samsung machine. Really like the Ultrafresh vent function.

Wash machine is quiet and does a great job. The venting feature keeps it fresh and odor free.

Love this item so far. Does a great job washing and is incredibly quiet. Bought the matching dryer a couple years ago and just recently bought this. I have not been disappointed with GE.

Great washer at a good price. Love all the features but especially the automatic soap dispenser and the venting system that prevents moldy odors. Wi-Fi was a little tricky to get set up at first but I haven't had any problems with it since. And while I can't prove it, my clothes seem cleaner than they did in my old washer. It did take forever to deliver but I understand there's a world wide shortage of appliances. Overall highly recommended.

Very nice washer. Does a great job getting clothes clean and smelling fresh. The liquid detergent reservoir is something that was not a big part off the reason I purchased the washer but I really like having it. The venting system is also great at keeping the inside of the washer dry and fresh smelling between uses. I would highly recommend this product.

It took 3 months from purchase date to get this delivered and installed, which in normal times would be absolutely ridiculous, but in Covid times seems somehow normal. The entire process of scheduling the installation was atrocious as we were canceled multiple times and no one seemed to know what was going on. If I could rate the BestBuy customer experience of the purchase process I would give 1 star. The GE Washer itself, however, is awesome and worthy of the 5 stars I’ve given in. It’s far and beyond the best washer I’ve ever used. The washer has several washing settings and seems to do an admirable job of cleaning clothes. The Microban material used, combined with the vent cycle does a great job of controlling mildew and bad smells which was a problem I had with my old LG front load washer. The vent cycle does take around 30 minutes which seems long, but it does this with seemingly very little power consumption. This washer was ultimately worth the wait, but wow - I wish it could have not been 3 months!

Purchased 3/30/21, so far I’m very pleased with the performance. We previously had Samsung and I think the GE washer performs better than the competitor. I did purchase the warranty plan given other comments I read before purchase. Hopefully it won’t be needed but worth the protection. I have no complaints.

We bought both the GE Front load washer and dryer to replace the 3 year old top load Samsung’s we had that were garbage. These GE machines are so great! I didn’t realize our clothes weren’t getting thoroughly cleaned until we started using the new washer. Wow! It’s amazing how little water it uses and the clothes get so clean! I think the vent system is pretty genius too. Yes, it was double the price of the Samsung’s we previously had. But, these should also last more than a couple of years. So, if you’re on the fence, I don’t think you’ll regret these at all. We’re actually thinking about buying these for our son. We did not get the pedestals. Honestly, the height is the same as most dryers, so, no big issue for us. I rarely write reviews, but I think theses machines warrant one. One last plus, they are smart appliances and the app lets you know when they are finished. I hope this helps in your decision making process.

Super machine. Easy to use. Reasonably quiet. I love the variety of settings.

This washer has been an issue since we got it. The water does not drain out fully on random loads, leaving the load soaked. Geek Squad has "fixed" this multiple times but we still have the same issue. Now the washer is leaking, most likely from a poor repair job from Geek Squad. Now they won't come out to fix it, because it is out of warranty.

It’s a very quiet running washer. The clothes come out just like I like them to and expect them too. Easy to use and still learning some of its features.

After going thru 2 samsung washer/dryers in 6 months, we decided to go with GE. We have been using it for about 2 months, and I can't say enough good about it. Love the auto soap dispense system. Love the vent system. Clothes do seem to come out cleaner. This was about the most expensive set we could buy, but very happy so far.
