So far so gods, easy to use and quiet. Nice washer and dryer

The family and kids love this washer and dryer set. Doing chores is a lot more fun with this pair! The best features are the auto dispense for 50oz of detergent and the venting system to dry the machine to prevent any Bad odors from trapped moisture. We love all the cycle settings. All the kids do their own laundry now so that alone is worth the price.

This was a big upgrade from my previous dryer and I wish I didn’t wait this long to upgrade. Set up and use is easy. Wireless setup and notifications were simple. I really enjoy the auto detergent dispenser and the vent system. No moldy smell yet and I haven’t cleaned it and don’t leave the door open when not in use. Glad I purchased this one.

I like this washer it is expensive to me more than what I want it to pay but I paid for it because of the detergent dispenser I love that my children do not have to put any laundry detergent in the washer machine because it is set on the smart washer where it measures the amount of laundry detergent that it needs and dispense it I just wish the fabric softener did the same thing.I gave it three stars because I only had it about a month and I think to give a review you should have something at least three months they always want you to give a review so yes buy something but I’m going to tell the truth.

still new but loving it so far. The ultrafresh vent is amazing so far no longer have to leave the door open. Smartdispense is also handy so you don't have to add detergent every load. It also connects to an app and google and alexa, while not extremely useful getting notifications on your phone when its done is nice.

Quiet and efficient. I was hesitant about purchasing another front loading washing machine after my front loading LG of only two years started to leak. All I can say is I’m glad I purchased this. Fast, stylish, and most of all efficient. Added bonus was the fact that I could use the app to monitor my clothes.

I purchased this washer because it was large and could handle my quilts and it was priced well. I had no idea how wonderful it was until I started reading the instruction manual!! It has so many features I never dreamed of!! I LOVE this washer!!

Love it! Easy to use, cleans thoroughly and spin cycle gets all the water out of clothes. Even though it has the microban feature, we still leave door a liitle open just to be overcaustious to it developing any odor. So far we really are enjoying it.

This washer replaces my 26-year-old Maytag top loader. I've had it only a week and still trying out all its capabilities, but I'm already in love with the SmartDispense detergent feature. And the spin cycle is great, even on medium! My clothes will spend less time in the dryer. Large capacity great for blankets, etc. The installation team came on time and got the washer downstairs with no trouble despite a tight turning radius. Hookup went smoothly and the old washer was hauled away as ordered.

Nice to have a smart washer with the ability to link it in my alexa, I can ask alexa when will my laundry be done and it can notify you through your phone via smarthq app if your laundry is done. Plus the convenience of having a smart dispenser and having the ultrafresh vent makes your laundry door dry after use

The ease of doing laundry now makes me wonder why we didn't buy this sooner. No problems whatsoever, and with the Geek Squad warranty, I'm worry free for years to come. My wife actually loves something I picked out. We also save a lot of water, protecting our septic system. Thank you, Best Buy!

I was waiting and saving money waiting for the right one after having 3 old washer machines in about 7 years because I couldn’t afford a new one. This is BEST by far compared from other ones out there! Great performance & great features !

I have only had this washer for a short time. I had one of the first front load washers from 20 years ago. I bought this one because of the Ultra Fresh vent system. You can hear it turn on when you close the door. It will be some time before I know whether it works in the long run. So far, it cleans things very well. I love how dry the clothes are when the washer is done. I hang dry my clothes so this is a very good thing. My old front loader, I would have to put them in the dryer on air dry before I could hang them. There is plenty of room in this washer for large comforters, etc... There is no need to buy the newer, and more expensive 5.0 cu ft. washer.

I love the smart dispense.... haven tried all the cycles but the ones I have do exactly what it’s for...ultra fresh vent is an overnight activity so extremely long... but I don’t know how it works so I’m content thinking it needs all those hours to work right... overall great washer!

We had to get a replacement after the original one delivered was making awful noises that sent the entire family into hiding when I did the laundry. The replacement is wonderful! Great unit...so far....clothes come out very clean and unit easy to use. I would buy the same again.

We have had our washer for about 1 month now. I think it works great. We will see how much I love a year from now. But right now I love it. Its the first front load I have ever had. I was very against them for the longest time and I finally decided to try it out.

Love the bulk liquid soap dispenser. Washer lost a pulley and belt after 8 months of use. Now we're without a washer for 2 months while we wait on parts. The matching dryer failed 3 months in too, and had all guts replaced. Service has been great, but I have serious doubts about the quality and longevity of the units.
