Excellent machine. Works perfectly. Clothes look great. We have had this for four weeks now and we love it! All the settings worked perfectly. The important thing is to read the instruction book before using it and it explains everything including all the different wash cycles. The low water level does not affect anything and saves dollars. It’s the cycle along with the water that cleans the clothes. Our clothes come out cleaner than ever including my husband’s filthy grease stained and oil stained work clothes. Love it!

Washer died after 28 years of service. Read and researched the newest models for days before making a decision and ordered from HD. Canceled order after finding out their poor return policy. Ordered the same from Best Buy and picked up myself a couple days later. Used for a few days when I decided that the impeller type wasn’t for me. Placed another order for this GE model with the center agitator with a deep fill option that I always use. Great to see a decent amount of water being used and actually see the clothes, towels, or whatever I wash actually being pulled down and rotated very well. Large drum makes washing king size comforter a breeze. While high efficiency is offered, I thank GE for making a deep fill option for those who would like to see a sufficient amount of water used in the washing process. After my first appliance purchase with Best Buy, with a 15 day return policy, Best Buy will be my first choice in the future when purchasing appliances.

Loving our new washing machine. Love that rhe softener n detergent can be preloaded for automatic dispensing. Love the see thru lid. I don’t even know everything it does yet but for sure it makes my dryer work better. 5 out of 5 agree here

We went with the GE washer since it has a full agitator and we picked a large capcity tub to have plenty of room for losds like insulated coveralls or bed clothes. This washer does a really nice job of getting clothes clean. it senses the load size and puts in the correct amount of water. The spin cycle is about 800rpm so it does get the water out! So far we’re pleased with the purchase and we had really great attention from Best Buy salespeople.

Very nice washing machine. Very large capacity. Love that there is no agitator in the middle of the tub. Pretty quiet when running. Has the wireless option which I installed on my phone but do not really utilize it as it is not critical that I know exactly when my wash is completed. Only downfall is if you are shorter in height it can be a feet to reach the bottom of the tub. My wife had to get a small step stool to assist in this feat. My favorite thing is the 70+ oz soap dispenser it has so do not have to worry about adding when starting a load of wash.

My last washer only had the agitator at the floor of the machine. Having the agitator with the middle to pull clothes down and circulate them is an upgrade. The machine is DEEP. I love the water faucet feature but it is awkward to use since you have to start the machine then lift the lid out of the way. I love the extra water feature, deep fill, for washing. Also, this is a decently quiet unit. A big improvement over the Cabrio I owned before.

This was the largest agitator washer that I could find at a reasonable price. I also thought that GE brand would be reliable. I’m so disappointed with the front load washers that dictate how much water you need. This washer has auto electronic buttons for just about every cycle setting you’d want, but also enough good old knobs that help me adjust a load for the way I want to wash. I love the station for prewashing; the deep fill option really works; all the water spins out; and best of all I can open the lid as often as I need to add more clothes or more detergent. Didn’t expect it to be noisy, but I close the door into the laundry room, so it’s not a big issue. This was a great purchase and, because it’s a GE, I expect it to go strong for a long time.

I love this washing machine. It combines all the things I loved about my old school washer that I finally retired after almost 20 years. It has an agitator. But its not invasive and does not spin fast and tear up your clothes. It has a very very deep tub that fits over twice as much as my last one. Comes with a built in timer to delay washes and now I am saving money on detergent with its self-dispensing technology. All in all I could not have asked for more. My clothes smell fresher (I know not a word) and cleaner (queue Outkast music). There are no cons or complaints that I have about this washer's performance. It even has a built in Ethernet port (light years ahead of my $3500 MacBook Pro). If you're trying to settle on a washer look no further!

I am still getting use to all the features, but I really like it so far. I bought the washer to be able to wash large comforters, no more going to the laundromat. People have said that it is loud, I don't know if they have a bad washer, but it is not loud.

Machine is quiet, great size and fit in my little spot perfectly. Easy to use.

After hating our front load washer for over 6 years and trying to justify using it day after day .. finally decided enough was enough. did several weeks of research on "Real" agitator washers and chose GE. I LOVE IT!!! Beautiful clean clothes

My GE Washer & Dryer are the best purchase ever! They have many cycles to choose from which is a good energy saver. My cloths are so much cleaner & drying time is less, this results in less wear & tear on your cloths! My Daughter bought the same set we are more than pleased with our purchase as i'm sure you would be!

You can add 3 gallons more of water by pressing Deep fill button or hold it for 3 secs to fill to top of agitator. This actually pulls the cloths down to move them around for better scrubbing like the old washers. Love the water station for pretreating dirty stains.

So happy that I went back to a washer with an agitator! And this washer is like the king of all! This machine has so many great features but the best of all is the auto soap dispenser! You’ll be happy with this washer!!

This GE washer is beautiful and really looks good in your laundry room with it's matching dryer. Nice large capacity washer allows you to pour almost a gallon of detergent in and it will dispense as needed. Many preset settings with the option to modify then to your needs and tastes. Great machine.

Pros: Like knowing how long until done Seems to do a good job cleaning I like the sheets/towels setting very large Cons: I am 5'6" and can just barely reach into the bottom to remove items. Someone shorter would definitely have issues.
