So excited to replace old worn washer that was too small for my growing family. Wife and I do our homework (so we thought) and chose to purchase this washer which we had to wait two weeks for. Finally get the thing in, download the app and watched it spin dry clothes....
These dang HE machines do not use enough water to even allow the agitator to do its job!
Wife is upset, laundry is stacking up and now we will be testing out the BestBuy return policy....
Scary part is, in order to get the size machine we wont find a non-HE machine big enough...
