    I like the ease of use of this toaster but it does not brown the toast equally on both sides. One side is always much darker than the other. It gets the job done for the most part but I would prefer it to be even on both sides.

    Handsome, simple, sensible, easy (including for people with visual issues): nice wide slots, higher pop-up so you can get smaller breads out. Does not do as well with English muffins, but manageable. I'm glad to recommend it.

    First use might as well throw away the item toasting. The new coils put out an awful smell and leaves a very bad taste in the food. After that it is great, toasts evenly and quick.
