The only downside is that it is big, so make sure you have plenty of counter space. The top of the slots are wide open and large. I purchased a cover for the slots to ensure nothing fall into it or dust remains out. Overall, it was a good purchase.

Doesn’t brown evenly on both sides

One side is always much darker than the other. It gets the job done for the most part but I would prefer it to be even on both sides.

Does not do as well with English muffins, but manageable. I'm glad to recommend it.
