Works great I use to cool my second floor. Love the fact that I can control it while I’m out of the house no more coming home to a hot house. Definitely recommend.

It’s very nice for that and cools very well. It is noisy and it does have a very annoying rattle that I can’t stop but it’s all installed and I’m not taking it out to bring it back. To help the rattle I have a roll of toilet paper jammed between the window frame and the unit. It helps lol

They work great! Being able to turn them on/off/lower/higher while not at home is a wonderful feature. I’ll never come home to a hot house after work again.

It was super easy to setup and the app makes it easy to adjust the temperature. I like that it doesn't run all day, just when the in room temperature is warmer than the preset temp. Will definitely recommend!

I did buy this for my house to use on the first floor. This has my house freezing. I walk around with a hoodie on. Inexpensive, and works better then central air.

Nice A/C and relatively easy to install although free installation is available I believe. It is not overly heavy and somewhat quiet for a 10,000 BTU, A/C.

I use the app for my iPhone to control the unit, haven't used the remote that came with it. Works great and cools down my home fast. Also very easy to install. 10/10 recommend!
