Its great. I love itI can program the AC frpm anywhere and walk into a ice cold room.

My family and I couldn't have made better option than our GE-10.000 BUT. It is strong, efficient, silent and very convenient in it's remote control. We are happy with our choice. Our master bedroom got the perfect temperature level with a big plus that is the low noise. So quiet that doesn't interfere with our sleep.

10,000 BTU is twice the normal window units, cools two large rooms fast and keeps track of the temperature. This unit also has a variety of different modes you can use to save power or make quiet when needed.

nice AC, not too loud, does the job pretty well, can't complain. Installation was pretty much easy.

Works great for our living room. It doesn't necessarily freeze us out when we turn it up on high-temp days, but it does a sufficient job. LOVE the app feature for controlling and scheduling its operation!

Ice cold, does the job so far. Not too loud. Cycles pretty well to keep room consistent temp.

It works fine on economy and does a good job of cooling the room and doesn't cost me a fortune.

Better than expected. Easy installation. Includes all the parts you need, EXCEPT Don't Forget the Additional Support Bracket--This is essential with a unit this heavy. I would buy this unit again if needed.

So far so good, very powerful and a little noisey but It works great and cools a large space quickly. The wifi compatability is an added bonus.

Yet to test it during oppressive heat but the week or so we’ve used it it has worked fine (low 80s) Not whisper quiet if that’s what you’re looking for but for someone who normally sleeps with a box fan for white noise (my wife) it’s not any worse than that App feature is very handy and I prefer using that over the ‘cheap’ feeling remote

Cools nicely. App is slow to connect to the ac. The unit is a bit loud.

This was affordable, easy to install, easy to operate and does a great job of cooling the room.

Cools the area very well. The directions are a little confusing. I am still trying to figure out how to set the temperature where I want it so it will turn off and on as needed. Not sure that is working or that I have set it correctly. I have had to turn it off using the remote. It does not display unless a button is pressed on the remote. Look quick because it turns off quickly. The best part: the room is cool.

I was looking for an air conditioner that I could get the most for my money . This purchase was excellent it cool down very well and I can turn it on through my cell excellent unit highly recommrnddd

Does what it say it will do! It cools and works flawless with Apple HomeKit! Siri can ever turn it on or off remotely from anywhere! So dope! My ceiling fan has a new best friend!

Wonderful air conditioner! Very quiet and easy to operate. It cools more than one room effectively if you position the vents properly. Eco friendly as well! A bargain!
