This AC cooled the whole room like a freezer. So, was a good use of our money. We did not have AC built in the house so we used this AC. You use you phone to turn it on.

Great window unit. Awesome price. Love the wifi capabilities too.

The unit delivers as promised. It is an affordable way to cool down 400-500ish SFT. The materials aren’t great-mostly flimsy plastic, but when my AC died, this made the house bearable.

I waited til I used this for the season to review. Awesome unit to have! The WiFi ability this has is a great feature. You can turn on the unit from your phone when on the way home. No need to keep it running all day. Save money and save power by starting it up on your way home. It is a quiet unit for the most part. Has a strong wind output. I would recommend

This GE room air conditioner has performed very well in our second story window. It is close to it's maximum recommended room size, so I give it props for keeping it cool enough for my hot wife. That is, she needs AC to the max, and even she is satisfied.

Exactly what I needed for my front bedroom! I do not use this part of my home and this unit takes care of my bedrooms and keeps my central unit from having to cool the front part of my home!

After reading some of the reviews. I was hesitant, went to lowe’s and priced an of brand. The of brand was more expensive. The ac is a little noisy but tolerable. Im happy with my purchase.

Although a bit louder than the one this replaced, it is more efficient and does a good job of cooling for us. The display disappears after a short while so no glaring lights to bother you as it runs.

Pretty powerful. Hard to see the display. Remote is right out of 1972. Good unit. Needs to update remote and make display easier to see.

This thing does a wonderful job at cooling down a large room. It is not too loud and with WiFi makes it easy to have the room cooled down already when you get home. The app could use some improvement and the ac unit cannot connect to a 5ghz WiFi connection, only a 2.4ghz connection. Those with WiFi connectivity issues might be trying to connect to 5ghz.

I had a portable a/c before we decided to get a window a/c and let me tell you it is life changing. Our house is so much cooler since we had this. CA heat is no joke. Thank you GE!

Got this at the beginning of summer and has really came in clutch to cool my room. Needed it since peak heat was going to be 111F at one point. Also, I use it for my pc since it’s in the same room and it’s keeps the temps COOL. Just keep an eye on the A/C filter, it’ll leave a sour milk smell if unattended.
