this AC has done a great job cooling our entire apartment. it’s a large and awkwardly shaped space with only one viable window for an air conditioner and this did the trick

The air conditioner is very good, it works flawlessly so far, we have been using it for a month now. There were problems with delivery, the first time we came, we handed it over. If you put it in the bedroom, then it's a little noisy for sleeping, but it copes with its task perfectly.

It’s cooling power is amazing...BUT. The compressor is SUPER loud. I have 3 different brand window ac in my apartment. This one is extremely loud when the compressor kicks on. It almost sounds unhealthy? We were also missing screws but I had some backup screws that worked.

Really cools down the living room area in around 5-10 minutes.

This air conditioner keeps my entire (about 120 sq. ft.) attic really cold. I only have to have it on for an hour or so and then can turn it off. I love the Smart features that allow me to operate from my phone and the Energy Saver option works great.

So powerful! It actually is too powerful. I am very impressed. But the filter needs changing frequently. Can’t get app to work though.

Bought the a/c for 350$ and the first day of me using it it didn’t cool at all only felt the fan. This air conditioner is not worth the money. Only good thing it has is that it smart and compatible with any phone but this air conditioner was a great disappointment I will be returning it.

Great upgrade from a GE 8000 BTU! It def. cools and blows out air better then my older unit but don't expect it to cool at freezing temperatures or to reach the 450 SQ FT. that they claim in crazy HOT Arizona summers. The measurements were spot on and installation took more than an hour for us since we didn't install in a window but through a wall. I bet it'd be much faster in a window! And just a note, when you first install this unit give it time to cool. It takes a while for it to start up on the inside. Don't freak out and think it's broken. Let it run for a while. The quality of the unit feels good, it was heavy cause it had a long back side. You will need two people to handle this well. When taking it out of the car, it wasn't too bad inside the box. This model is quieter then my last unit BUT it's still really loud. Don't get this unit if you want a quiet window AC. I also heard it make a weird metal pop sound somewhere in the night but nothing that can't beat the PRICE OF THIS UNIT! Super affordable for peeps on a budget. Now, the app was difficult to set up but I troubleshooted (without support) and got it to work after about 5 tries! If you aren't tech savvy though, it might irritate you but it's worth it. I actually enjoy the app with this unit, awesome basic feature! Works for me. Another plus this unit came with a remote in case you don't care for the app. Overall, I am happy with this unit, 4 stars! So glad Best Buy had it in stock.

Easy to use. With digital display.I needed an AC with more BTU'S. But it had to fit in the same space as the smaller one had. This on fit perfectly ( with less than an inch to spare). Works well. Cools the room quickly.Temp drops by 3 or 4 degrees in just a couple of minutes. It is juts a little bit loader than I would like. But overall I am very happy with it.

It will cool the area you need cooled so long as the area is no bigger that 450sq ft. I would say no more than 400sq ft myself. Especially if you want the machine to shut off from time to time. My area is close to 450sq ft and the machine runs basically non stop.. I like it a bit more cooler than most people. It is not the most quiet machine out there. If its going in a room where you watch TV, you will want it installed away from where you will be sitting. The wireless feature being a smart ac, is actually pretty handy. I didn't think I would even use that function, but I do all the time.. Install very simple. Easy to keep clean. Filter very easy to clean also. Overall it is a very good air conditioner, especially for the price. I would purchase another one if needed.

Replacing another window unit that crapped out after 2 years. Of course we're hitting 100 degrees when this happens (Seattle). Easy to install, especially since its just swapping units. Wifi and app functionality is nice and does a good job cooling off the room. Not the quietest but not bad with the noise. Only issue I've come across is with the old model in eco-friendly mode it would shut off when the temp was reached. This one doesn't seem to do that on its own.
