We needed a reliable air conditioner for our Living Room. We found one we liked online at Best Buy in the Findlay, Ohio store. They only had one in stock, so we ordered it online. We drove there and picked it up. The whole process was so easy! We are very satisfied Customers!

easy to set up but the aplication need too much information about you ,just to do the basic after that work fine at long distance... can set it up turn on and off from my work

Our wall ac unit in our living room first reach our bedroom at all and last summer was deadly we knew we absolutely needed a unit for our bedroom and we invested in a nice one, and this thing was worth the money that’s for sure. Absolutely freezing in seconds!

I have had this air conditioner for the last 2 years and it has been awesome. Love the energy saver mode on it. This is an AC that you would want to use in medium to small size spaces. Like a bedroom or small Living room.

Great AC. Keeps room nice and chilly. Also the wifi capabilities come in handy as you don't need to rely on the remote to control the temperature or the mode. Recommend total tech installation. Installed in less than 10 minutes.

This cools very well so 5 stars for the ac itself but the wifi was a pain to get to work

Besides from the cheapest branded product, it cools the area right away. Excellent and I am totally satisfied with the product. It got all I need.

Great ac love the convenience, easy to hook up to the Wi-Fi and the phone app.

This unit is easy to install and use. Once plugged in I was able to download the Iphone app and get control of unit functions in a relatively short time. I will be trying to have more than one person have access for control on separate phones. this appears to be a bit more of a challenge foe me.

Energy tracking through app is unreliable. It does however seem to cool a large room just fine. Overall a functional ac unit.

Great AC! I love it has eco mode and also you can put clock time to have on or off. I’ve used it a lot for the last two years and it has work perfectly

This is AC is not quiet but is a solid appliance. The ability to control the unit with the Comfort-GEApp is very convenient and one of my favorite features.

Is a good brand & ac is cooling real good I recommend

Great air conditioner, cooled the room to ice cold quickly. 4 months after the date of purchase the air conditioner quit working. GE did not honor their one year warranty. Said I had to purchase something else GE for the same price, send in that receipt, then they would send me a refund. Couldn't afford another product and just wanted this one repaired.

It was time to upgrade an old window unit and wow!! What a huge difference. It hasn’t had a problem cooling the living space and is surprisingly quiet.
