Needed Reliable Cool Air

We found one we liked online at Best Buy in the Findlay, Ohio store. They only had one in stock, so we ordered it online. We drove there and picked it up. The whole process was so easy! It cools excellent. The color goes good with my room. Ge is a very good brand. I love there appliances. I buy my appliances from best buy. One reason the service is very good.

Saved my life this summer!

Absolutely freezing in seconds!

Excellent Air Conditioner

Also the wifi capabilities come in handy as you don't need to rely on the remote to control the temperature or the mode. Recommend total tech installation. Installed in less than 10 minutes.

Love the energy saver mode on it. This is an AC that you would want to use in medium to small size spaces. Like a bedroom or small Living room.

Easily installed and works well from app

Once plugged in I was able to download the Iphone app and get control of unit functions in a relatively short time. I will be trying to have more than one person have access for control on separate phones. this appears to be a bit more of a challenge foe me.

Broke after 4 months

GE did not honor their one year warranty. Said I had to purchase something else GE for the same price, send in that receipt, then they would send me a refund. Couldn't afford another product and just wanted this one repaired.
