Amazing to get someone on the phone quickly at GE customer service who could walk me through the getting the unit on WiFi. Easy peasy. Best Buy geeks from the Geek Squad installed the unit and they were quick and efficient. Highly recommend GE and Best Buy and Geek Squad!

This Air Conditioner is COLD! It works great inside of our outdoor dog barn, where everyone escapes the summer heat for a cold, refreshing rest. It keeps a hot barn and 7 German Shepherd Dogs cool and comfortable, even on the hottest days!! 5 out of 5 stars! A great product!!

Is a good brand & ac is cooling real good I recommend

It was time to upgrade an old window unit and wow!! What a huge difference. It hasn’t had a problem cooling the living space and is surprisingly quiet.

This AC replaced another GE AC after 20 years. The new AC is much quieter than the old unit. The Smart feature (WiFi) is a nice feature.

this is a great AC. It was tricky to install my AC because it requires to drill holes on the corners of the window. I rent a house, please make sure you have the option to drill holes. My room gets cold in no less than 10 minutes! I love that the numbers fade away and they don't bother you before going to sleep. The only negative comment I have is the SMART function. At first it worked but then it disconnected. I restart the app and still no function. Regardless of that this is a great AC. I highly recommend this.

Works well. Nothing special about it. Very easy to install. Nice to have the remote.

For upper bedroom this one was the one .. it replaced diff brand .. by all means this on by far much better and one other thing .. it’s light not heavy at all and don’t stick outside the window too far

PHENOMENAL! Keeps my room cold and the options are great. Nothing like coming home to a chilled room on a hot, humid, and muggy night.

Pretty quiet. Programmable, with Eco setting. Definitely pumps out enough cool air for 450+ sf. So far so good.

This AC is meeting our needs better than the other window units we have. It is quiet, and keeps out space in progress of being finished livable, which is so much better than what we had. It really keeps us cool enough to get work done, and I do recommend it.

This A/C is the best model I’ve ever owned! It runs like a beast from the moment you turn it on! Even on a 95 degree day it will cool my 400sq./ft bedroom in less than 5 minutes, sometimes too well that I’ll have to turn it off for a while! 10/10 Recommend
