I'm a pretty loyal GE AC buyer, this was my 3rd GE AC purchase and probably my last. I've had this for 1 day and i'm returning it as soon as Best Buy opens tomorrow. First off, it's loud, i'm assuming this is not the bottom of the barrel AC so i don't understand why its so loud. Second it's the mounting, there's a tiny Gap below the AC because the bottom of the AC that meets the window sill isn't flush, thats just asking for bugs to come into your house, it has 3 bumps on the bottom that elevate it a couple of millimeters. The app also doesn't seem to play well with google home, all the voice commands work, but status always shows that it's off. All in all, there are better AC's out there for a money and this AC really ruined my thoughts on GE

Overall good. Decent Energy Efficiency. A little expensive compared some other models.

Arrived earlier than expected, it is big and cooling monster. I world totally recommend to a friend.

Unit works great and cools the room nicely. The unit is advertised as being able to connect with an app on your phone, however after 2 hours of attempting to connect, it still won't do so (I'm a pretty technologically savvy) - the connection continues to time out.

It a nice AC window unit with speed controls and sleep too very clean looking . It does have condensation dripping from the inside on the bottom of the AC last we wiped off occasionally not sure why it's doing that other than that it's good

Great machine!! Better than central air!! We bought it when the central air went out and haven’t used the central air since it’s been repaired. This unit keeps the house cooler

I ordered this unit but received another unit from GE. It’s August (I bought it in June) and it’s already having issues with cooling my small room. Sometimes it works great, other times other (non-airconditioned) rooms in my house are cooler than mine when it’s on. Make sure you get the right unit or you’ll be like me, up at 2:45 am sweating.

this unit is working great. love the option to turn it on while at work so that the house is cooled down when i get home

I bought this for my daughter and she says that it cools the entire 1st floor of her house.

This air conditioning runs very quiet. Being able to control this AC from a smart phone is a big advantage. Installation instructions were easy to follow and well explained. A how too video is available.

Very noisy and too good to be true. I had to buy it cs Best Buy was out of big ac’s

I love the fact I can control the a/c with an app on my phone! I can turn it on/off, adjust the temp, and even set up a schedule from my phone.

This Window Air Conditioner with WiFi and Remote works well and Cools the room and parts of the rest of the house well. quite. and works great.

Love the features, A/C can be connected wirelessly to your smart phone for you to use as a remote. Has great speeds and settings. Also comes with filter and extra pieces

This ac unit is easy to install and is much quieter than the one we previously had. It cools the living room, kitchen and hallway down.
