Really happy with this purchase. I have a small window in my room and any AC of similar BTU wouldnt fit. This was the only AC that was in size that would fit in my window I had some doubts since it small but it didnt disaapointed me. Even though being small still cools the room of 250sq ft in less than 5mins. It is noisy I have connected my google home to voice activate it and google was having hard time hearing me when I ask it to turn-off or change temprature. But thats managable I moved Google away from AC and it works fine.

Works extremely well. Would give 5 stars if it didn’t sound like a jet engine when running. The “smart” aspect of it is decent. Schedule works fine but the app isn’t my favorite. But if certainly gets the job done in keeping my living room icey cold.

This is a second purchase of the same brand and same style air conditioner but a higher BTU.. Our first one was such a great product that even though we have another brand air conditioner that is working we purchased this one to replace it. Easy installation. Easy to use. Cools great. Would purchase again .

My Florida location has given a good test to the GE. My central unit failed, and I needed a/c Fast. Reasonably easy to install, especially for a powerful 10,000 btu. The running sound is not very loud, and was easy to get accustomed to. I primarily use the auto Temperature, and eco settings. The unit powerfully cools my 440 sq foot main room, and an attached den room of 125sq ft. I’ve been operating the unit in 85-89 degree temps with 70% humidity, and the house is delightfully cool. I like the way the unit will shut down, after cooling during the hot day, and then cycle on, and off as needed through the evenings. My 15 amp ground fault. Circuits handle the electrical needs without strain. I’m happier than I expected to be.

It cools well! We upgraded feom 8,000 btu to this one that is 10,000. I took away a star because this is the worlds loudest air conditioner, right out of the box! I've used window units as my only cooling source for 20+ years, and ive never had one this loud. Have to crank the tv up to 200 decibels to hear ot over this AC. If you need quiet, this is not the one for you!

Easy to install and keeps the living room cool. I am happy I chose a wi-fi enabled unit because connecting it to my Amazon Alexa makes turning it on/off convenient and I never need to worry about losing the remote. Also, it can be programmed easily or simply turned on remotely on my way home.

Easy install, cools 500 sf area well, no rattles or shakes, easy filter change. Wifi capabilities work good. Overall very satisfied with product.

I live in a 6 room apartment, this keeps three of them cool and livable, with another 5000 BTU AC it keeps all but one cool (The remaining one is not built to hold cool, and is adjacent to a closed in patio of glass, so not the AC's fault) It has an installation kit in it that requires drilling, but I will say I used a block of oak to wedge in between the top of the window frame and the window itself to keep it secure and it's worked wonders. Very quality AC with Eco mode, Fan, and regular cooling.

Cools the room fast. Can be a bit noisy. The remote is nice to have--you can change the temp from across the room. There are a few minor complaints. For one, the buttons on the unit itself sre small, hard to read/feel buttons. When you turn it on, it does not remember its previous state...it defaults to an eco setting. No big deal, but a bit annoying. It is a good basic unit.

It has the option to run continuously or to set on eco/ auto which is what we use on both units. Price was great and the extended warranty was reasonably priced. Easy to install. Filter screen easy to remove and clean. Working great so far ! Oh yeah..A REMOTE CONTROL YAY !

Great purchase! This cools our office nicely. We have West facing windows and in the Summer the temperature is about 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Not with this unit! Keeps it comfortable at 73 and we love the mobile app. We can adjust the settings without even leaving our desks. This is our 2nd Summer and we've not had any problems. I'd recommend.

Cools a large bedroom but a bit on the noisy side. Not terrible but not the quietest model. Cools fast. Easy to use.

I've had this unit for a few days now. Setup was extremely easy to manage for one person. I had it running within an hour. All that is needed is a Phillips head screwdriver. The until cools my one bedroom apartment rather quickly having it down from 75 to 68 within 3 hours. I have this hooked up to my Google Assistant account which works rather well. It's able to change the set temperature, the mode the air conditioner is operating in, the fan speed as well as tell you the current indoor temperature. The one negative that stopped this from being 5 stars is the unit is loud. It's the loudest window AC I have owned. I have it in my living room and have had to turn up my TV sound system to hear the TV over it.

This nice AC unit does the trick. Has power and a remote. Cools off my bedroom and into my whole small cape cod home. Only negative is that is pretty loud but most units are that way. Very satisfied with the quality and the price.

Easy to install. I was surprised How quiet it is. I haven't set it up with Alexa yet, but the remote control works fine with it. The filter light came on once and we cleaned the filter. Couldn't find the filter reset button location in the manual to reset it. Pushed to the left of the filter light and found it. Has been doing an excellent job of cooling since the installation. Very happy.

Well the pick up was easy at curbside, the employee put the ac in our car. This unit is very simple to operate, cools effectively, accurate energy saver at desired temperature. Only negative is that is pretty loud :-(
