The unit is very loud. My previous 10,000 BTU window AC was much quieter. and it's not the compressor, its the fan. The WIFI function does not work at all for me. I have gone through the setup 4 times and it just sits on "finding your appliance in the cloud". I give up and I'm getting rid of this thing.

Even though it's 75 inside the house it won't turn on because it's 65 outside. And the stupid ac has a reading of current temperature at 65/66! It's ridiculous! It's window mount. So it takes outside cold temperature reading. Would Highly appreciate if it had the remote with thermometer on it and ac unit follow that reading instead of outside. My other room i have midea window ac which is $180 5000 btu. It has c-sense! I know arctic king or something brand has that as well.
