If they can get the app and air conditioner to communicate it would get 5 stars all day!

It is powerful and efficient. The smart features are really useful, not just a novelty. You can turn on your AC from your phone on your way home from work or set a schedule. I'm pretty sure you can control it from a smart home device like Alexa, but if you live in a giant mansion, you probably don't have a window AC unit. I'm happy with this.
