Works great! Loving the wifi feature, easy to connect to Amazon's Alexa and downloaded phone/ tablet app. I never use the remote it comes with, i just tell alexa to turn on the remote, and when to shut off, either at a certain time or timer mode. I use app to turn on for my dog to feel comfortable and shut off with timer. Very satisfied with my purchase@

Pick up was easy at curbside. Employee friendly, put AC in my car. A/C is simple to operate, cools effectively down to 64 degrees. Accurate energy saver at desired temperature. Not real quiet but didn’t expect it to be. Still ok for watching TV , sleeping. I would recommend this 10,000 btu unit for average size bedrooms.

The AC unit is very powerful and cools really fast. My only complaint, for which I took off a star, is that it is loud. The app works very well and is quite responsive. I initially had difficulty setting up the app on my phone but that was because I downloaded the wrong app. I downloaded the Comfort - GE Appliances app, which is the wrong one. The right one to download is the SmartHQ app. Once I had that and got the network information from the side of the unit, setup was very easy. Overall, I am satisfied with the unit and would recommend it.

Easy to install, easy to operate and excellent air conditioner for the price. I would advice 10000 BTU over 8000 BTU one for the additional dollars is worth it, covers up to additional 100 sq ft. GE app is simple to access air conditioner before returning home, cool off home and arrival to comfort not heat!

This Window unit is the absolute best I have ever owned in my life . Quiet running eco friendly functionality cools off 2 connected rooms in virtually no time at all. Great clean ascetic and very easy to maintain with minimal effort. Also the Best Buy geek squad service installed and removed our old leaky unit all included in our TOTAL plan and were very punctual, courteous, professional and knowledgeable about not only the unit itself but the quick and efficient installation as well! Best Buy Rocks!!

Very good air conditioner. My brother-in-law installed it and it didn’t take long. It cools my whole downstairs. I love that it comes with a remote control and it’s easy to use. They are many different setting choices available including eco and auto shut on and off.

This thing is loud asf. The noise doesn't bother me at night when i have to sleep because I usually take something to knock me out. The noise becomes a problem when I want to watch something on tv. The remote is a little annoying too because you have to point it directly at the ac, but it's not that big of a deal. It cools really well. It also looks really good. If a loud ac is a deal breaker, get something else. If you're a nearly-dead heavy sleeper like me, go for it.

I like this product and it has a remote and easy to use! It cools well and it has an Echo button which helps with the power bill.

Easy to set up and install in window. All hardware included. Cools down decent size room very quickly. Wi fi works great and is easy to turn on and off with you phone. Been using for three weeks and have been very happy so far with this purchase.

Not the quietest, but cools my room pretty quickly. The wifi connectivity also comes in handy. Overall great for the price!

Very powerful and cools off pretty much the whole first floor. So glad we made this purchase. Our central air went out but luckily we found this to keep us cool during the HOT days

A/C cools well but not the quietest. May need 12,000 btu instead of 10,000 btu if room size between 400 and 450 sq ft.

i am very pleased with the GE air conditioner. The size is great & lightweight. I love that you can connect it to your phone. It cooled off the bedroom with ease. The air conditioner was very easy to install & connect to the WiFi.

A good overall air conditioner, not the most quiet but it's no louder than a fan on low. Works very well at quickly cooling an entire small apartment with 4 separate rooms. The smart connectivity allows you to control it remotely, allowing you to cool your room before arriving home without wasting energy by leaving it on. And HomeKit compatibility is awesome - its one of the only air conditioners that offers that integration. The power and temperature can be controlled in the Home app or on your iPhone's lock screen, along with your lights, etc. That convenience alone makes it worth it.

The unit itself is good. Cold air, good fan, reasonably priced. Like the remote but haven’t tried the app. The delivery left a lot to be desired. The website said 2 day delivery and it took 9 days. I was told Fed-Ex would call me on arrival and bring up to my apartment. No call, dumped at the mangers office. Fortunately someone was in the office, otherwise pretty sure it would have “walked off”.

This Air Conditioner that I purchased is very very good and really does the job of keeping my apartment very cool and it also was a very good price and very good quality I had it installed by the Geek Squad and they installed it very well and did a very good job and also tested it out and disposed the box and packaging and the it has worked well ever since they tested the air conditioner they did a great job.

I love the conditioner it works well brought Wednesday night pickup thurs my husband had it up and running i less than half hour it cools the room wonderfully and the price is awesome and it can be program wifi
