    Pretty squeaky most of the time which is annoying and while it does cool the room down it doesn’t get the room as cold as other units I’ve had

    Good AC. Don’t need or really care about the WiFi option but that’s me & that’s the only choice option for the size of ac I needed.

    When shipped to my house, contents were missing from package. No one was able to give me replacement items. Had to make my own. Would love to see customer service, provide customer service. Or at the very least send missing items to me. Nothing was ever provided. The only option was to ship item back and wait for new unit to arrive.

    It’s loud and after less than 2 years it stopped blowing cold air. The ones I got from Frigidaire are way better.
