Cools them fairly quickly and keeps them cool. Nice to be able to check the temperature for my dog throughout the day with my phone for my dog also. I'd buy another 1in a heartbeat

It performed beyond well. We needed our blanket even though we were in a heat wave. We have a large bedroom and during the day kept the door open to help with rest of that floor.

The unit responds well to the app and Alexa voice commands. The daily electricity usage graph is a nice feature. The cons The unit is very loud. So loud that I cannot have a conversation, make a phone call, or watch TV over the noise. The compressor and fan are both loud. Reducing fan speed does not help with the noise. Eco mode takes way to long to kick in to get the room back to the set temperature. Wake up hot in the middle of the night and have to change it back to cool mode. Constantly changing back and forth from cool mode to eco mode trying to balance the temperature and the noise. The unit does not do a good job of reducing humidity in the room. My room is 450 sqft. I ordered the LG brand equivalent as a replacement and after 2 days do not have any complaints about it so far. The LG is better quality.

Keeps my 20x25' room plus to your set temp in eco. Only complaint is when it's in eco mode. if it sits for 20 minutes or so, without needing to kick in for cooling, it'll go to sleep automatically. Then you have to turn it off & back on.

We know this may be an inconvenience. If you are having an issue with it skipping when you try to select something, you may want to try disconnecting the unit from power for a couple minutes before plugging it back in; this resets the electrical components and may help resolve the concern.
