It has an app for you to control the temperature and the on/off settings, you can even set it to turn on at a certain time every day. Highly recommend!!

Easy to get on your wireless as well...can control it from anywhere...but not required.

Won't turn on or do anything. Supposed tobbe programmable with Alexa, but from day one, Alexa wouldn't recognize the air conditioner. Remote quit working after 6 months, push buttons and controls started acting up around 13 months. Had to unplug unit to turn off, then it just stoppedand wouldnt turn back on. Very disappointing for this brand.

We are seeing that this air conditioner is a "Return to Vendor" model as parts for it are extremely limited. In this case, we recommend you reach out to Best Buy to evaluate what your options for repair are. Stopped working after 1 season

After i unplugged it for the winter then re installed it it stopped working. just flashes all lights and stays on for about 5 seconds.
