The air conditioner keeps the house cool even on the hottest days. It offers a remote and has the ability to connect to Alexa. The vents angle up and down if you need to redirect the fan. So far we are very happy with this window unit.

Overall this was a very easy to install AC and is good for cooling a small room or office. The setup and smart connectivity to Apple’s HomeKit was/is very clunky and GM’s Comfort-GMAppliance app is not the best. Once you get it added to HomeKit, the functionality is limited to powering on and off the AC, changing the desired temp and seeing the current temp. Good choice for what’s available in the smart home ac department

This is a great unit! Cools quite well in the hottest of weather. Fairly quiet. The unit deserves 5 stars. The app deserves zero stars. It’s terrible. Even if you get the app to work, eventually it’ll quit on you. So if you’re looking for a window a/c unit and don’t care about the WiFi, this is what you want.

I bought this as a gift for a friend. She said it is perfect size for her room and she said it's very easy to set and really likes the remote control.

This thing rips. Gets my whole apartment cool very quickly, and the app on your phone lets you turn it on as you're approaching your home so it's already cool when you enter.

It was very easy to install. It cools the livingroom perfectly, we can't tell when its 90 degrees outside. Very good price as well. I'll be purchasing future units only from Best Buy.

Pretty powerful, winds up cooling the entire floor! Gives a nice blinking red light when you need to clean the filter. Good price for a strong air conditioner. super easy to install.

Air conditioner was a great produce was able to fix in window without many challenges, easier about to use features that were meaningful. Remote and WIFI user friendly able to use these important features with this smart window air conditioner, equally important it's a 10,000 BTU and it is able to keep my whole apartment cool off.

Eh. If you are replacing an older type of window AC unit, you may be disappointed. During one hurricane aftermath we purchased a window unit to keep us cool at night and, well, it never left our bedroom. My husband I found we enjoyed the white noise and loved the coolness it brought to our bedroom at night without having to keep the entire house as cold as we needed to sleep comfortable. About every 2-3 years we bought a new unit. This review is on our recent purchase. While, we like the wifi aspect, the new technology or whatever “green” has left the new units lack luster. It does not keep our bedroom that cold. Yes, it reads 64 degrees but it just doesn’t feel like it and I wake up hot constantly. And secondly, this is personal preference, but it definitely isn’t as loud. I wake up at night wondering if it is even on. To someone new to window AC units probably will not care about my review, to others, it is worth considering.

not only does this unit cool the area we got it for, not only was it easy for 2 old people [68 & 70] to install BUT IT SAVES US $ on the ELECTRIC BILL!!!

I bought this A/C unit to replace one in my garage. I wanted it oversized as it's not horribly uncommon for me to have the garage door open and I wanted something that would at least have a chance. Well, I wouldn't say it is any better than any other unit at keeping up. It's "fine", but not particularly amazing. The WIFI was another big thing I wanted, so I could pair it with my smart home controls. Those seem to work just fine and I can set different temps at different times and such, which is perfect. The one "smart" feature that's the absolute dumbest is a Filter Change warning. It tells you to clean the filter then press a button to show that it's been cleaned. I clean the filter, press the button, it beeps to acknowledge the reset, and then a few hours later it tells me I need to press the button to reset it. It's not great. But, if that's the biggest problem I have with it, it's not all that bad.

Cools most of my first floor apt very well. Quieter than my old unit. Easy to install. Best of all better price than what they had at other big box stores for a 10k

This is a decent air conditioner. The App works very well and is very convenient. The energy usage tracker is also very nice. It cools rooms quickly. The eco feature is okay but not great. It normally goes several degrees over the set temperature before turning on. The main two drawbacks are: this A/C is extremely loud and it does not integrate with alexa. That is a flat out lie. Probably why this A/C keeps going on sale. If it was a bit quieter and actually did integrate with alexa than this would be a great deal.

We bought this unit when our central A/C went out. Along with two additional 6000 BTU units, our whole house stays very cool. Was easy to install. Very happy with our purchase.

Awesome air conditioner, cools an entire basement really fast, hasn’t seemed to affect the electric bill drastically and I love the WiFi feature, I can turn the unit on from anywhere.

Highly recommend, it puts out strong, cold air. It connects to the wifi and you can control it with the app, adjust all of the settings, and set schedules. If apps aren’t your thing, it has a remote. I have 3 of these air conditioners (all 3 are different sizes/BCUs) and they saved me this summer. This model I have in my office/entryway; my largest in my living room that cools my entire first floor; and my smaller unit in the bedroom. Love them all. Highly recommend

This A/C unit works great! Get's the room cold super quick! Within just a few minutes (less than 4min) it goes from HOT to cool. Excellent. Easy to install. The only thing I'm getting used to is the lights (showing the settings), auto dim/turn-off after a certain period of time so I cant just look at it and know what it's set to. I need to go to the unit and press a button to see what the settings are. I have yet to setup the app. Been using this for 1 month now.

Great price. cools 1/2 the house and not as large or heavy as others I looked at. has remote and is pretty quiet.
