$350 Ac should last longer than 3 months

No issues at all until September it just stopped working. When you turn it out its seems like it is going to start then shuts off and there are flashing red lights. It is sad this ac wasnt cheap. I will be contacting GE to see what can be done.

Posted .Oh no! We hate to hear that your air conditioner stopped cooling. We're sure that this is aggravating, especially since your issues happened during a heat wave. Having issues with an essential new purchase also isn't ideal and we're sorry that while it was working it was loud. Please utilize your warranty to get this situation rectified. Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Believing that it was a Wi-Fi connectivity issue, since all the control panel lights were flashing and a beeping was heard, I called the GE support line given in the AC document (1 800 220 6899). The technician identified the symptoms as being a known problem with the control board. There was no fix for it, he directed me to return the unit from where it was purchased. I'll be doing that today, but it'll require some effort to call ahead and explain this story to the BestBuy people, and once the return is okayed, to remove from the window it's in, move it into the car, drive to the store and hopefully pick up a new one, then reinstall it.

Getting frustrated with the GE units. I have another in the living gets programmed and synced fine.
