    Less then a year old . None of the controls work. Wifi board and control board are bad.

    Did not work,it blew hot air acted as a fan and not as a ac had it one day

    It was pretty good for the 4 year span, however it finally died out on me June 19th 2024 it was a nice run thought I could have a few more years but it was as good as it could get, now when I lower it it gets to 71 but that’s all I’ll get it makes wild noises and then it gets back to 80 degrees definitely not what I want. I’ll go for another brand next time before I jump on GE products again. Now I guess its time to lug this crap to the scrap

    I really like this AC! I like how the lights turn off after a while so that the dark room isn’t lit up. I like the feudo feature and being able to turn it on before hand. My room is really big and I was worried this wouldn’t be enough but it’s great!!

    Window AC energystar smart ac ⭐️

    Pleased this window ac, I purchased this to keep my dog cool all day long… and it runs constantly no, joke I occasionally turn it off or to fan but rarely in the summer when there is an animal or human in the home. And it has done that just fine, more importantly my electric bill was not significantly higher for how much I run this unit. Only issue I have of the unit (which is less about the appliance &more about the room it sits in; is it’s a little louder than I expected, from the product description. The ac IS much quieter than previous AC units I’ve had, if you have good insulation around the unit and in the home/office it wont be a problem you’ll be fine.

    Hands down the best AC unit I have ever owned. It’s made this summer heat in my studio much more bearable. The fact that I can control it wherever I am using the app is just icing on the cake.

    Bought to cool an attached garage, partially insulated with heavy , insulated door. Works extremely well- better than we expected- given the high in and out traffic in the garage. Only complaint- but not a bad one- is that one temp gets the garage cooler than I need and the next temp up leaves it a little too warm. Has been running continuously since installed and no mechanical problems.

    I recently purchased this AC from Amazon, i was extremely happy with the way it looks, modern and works with app, I haven't used the included remote control at all, it does get cold quickly, that's the good stuff. Now for the bad, the vents are useless, they do not move the airflow left or right, it basically throws air in the middle which is very fustrating for me since my bed is facing the AC, i cannot move my bed anywhere else so this is like a big issue for me. Also the app mentions that it works with Alexa, it does but you ask Alexa to open a skill called Geneva and then say to turn on AC or off but that's all it does, I haven't' set it up with google home yet. The AC is pretty loud about 56db in low setting, is not terrible for a window AC but it is loud. Now when it shoots cool air, makes like a big pounding sound and my light blink for a little bit, like its going to cut power, so crazy! but just bothers me the way it makes that big pounding noise when AC starts cooling. So there you have it, my two cents on this AC, good but my old AC was better in my opinion, just that i had to replace it because it had mold inside.

    Overall it works great! My only compliant it's very noisy compared to our very old conditioners. I thought the modern ones was more quiet, but I was wrong. It's very light and easy to install. Features were nice.
