This small unit definitely cools the Living room and dining room. Bought it to help cool those rooms quicker and keep it cooler since they are in a wider open area. Downside side is that it’s a little loud but well worth it!

Great AC unit. Cools super fast and is pretty quiet for the size. It is heavy as expected. I ordered online for pick up. Happy with the purchase & Best Buy had it waiting and they even loaded into my SUV.

Installed into the window easily. There is a drain plug at the back of the tray and I had to remove this due to all the water buildup on hot humid days. Great at keep our space at 69°!

Its a good working unit. I have had this since 2020. After about 6 months of using it, the computer board went out and couldnt press any buttons on it. Luckily i got the warranty and was able to exchange it for a new one easily. And after about 6 months it did it again. Got it exchanged again and today about 8 months after that it did it again! These were all new units doing the exact same thing. It works great when it does work. But they need to figure out why the buttons keep going bad. Otherwise its a great product. Just get the warranty with it!

Would have preferred a stronger AC but this was on me for the room size this was purchased for. If the BTU is on the fence of room size go for a bigger option. Wireless features are nice.

I bought this A/C unit to replace one in my garage. I wanted it oversized as it's not horribly uncommon for me to have the garage door open and I wanted something that would at least have a chance. Well, I wouldn't say it is any better than any other unit at keeping up. It's "fine", but not particularly amazing. The WIFI was another big thing I wanted, so I could pair it with my smart home controls. Those seem to work just fine and I can set different temps at different times and such, which is perfect. The one "smart" feature that's the absolute dumbest is a Filter Change warning. It tells you to clean the filter then press a button to show that it's been cleaned. I clean the filter, press the button, it beeps to acknowledge the reset, and then a few hours later it tells me I need to press the button to reset it. It's not great. But, if that's the biggest problem I have with it, it's not all that bad.

Seems to work well. I had my doubts at first, since the materials seem so light. But it is cooling the area I wanted it to. I'm still getting used to the eco setting, which seems to function differently than on my old Panasonic. Withholding a star because I'm not sure if it's the a.c. or me. I haven't done the wifi thing yet. I don't really care about it. The eco setting is far more significant to me, since I have an elderly animal I am concerned about as well as the humans here. When I leave home in the hot weather, I want to make sure my furry friend is doing well. I am not going to totally turn off the a.c. and let her overheat or worse. I also use the eco setting for all night, when that area is not being used.

Cool and comfortable even at low settings. It cools two rooms easily. A little noisy though. Satisfied after using over 30 days of 80 and 90 degree June weather. I would buy again! Well worth the price.

This is an excellent air conditioning unit. It cools down my entire house of 1100 square foot. It is a very quiet unit that allows you to have a conversation right next to it. The remote control is very convenient as well as the GE app that allows you total control of the unit away from home. I highly recommend this ac unit. It is definitely worth the money.

Very powerful very cool very quiet I also enjoy the Wi-Fi. When you are away you can operate the air conditioner from your wireless device

Excellent air conditioner. It cools the room, however it is somewhat loud. The wifi is a nice option, but it is difficult to set up.

Was a tight fit in my window a/c spot but it works amazing! The only only thing I don't like is the sound while the compressor is going, it's pretty loud compared to when just the fan is going. I haven't found a way to quiet it, but it's fine as much as it cools. I brought this to replace an a/c unit for a garage room

This is my second air conditioner , I love every feature. It being on wifi is great . I can control the temp even if I’m away . Very energy efficient and quite . I’m purchasing a third one now . 5 stars

Great AC. A little noisey, but for the price, it's totally worth it. I love that it's a smart AC unit. I can control my AC unit through my Google home. Highly recommend!

Works great, cools quickly. Easy to install. Would have given 5 stars but my rewards were never applied and since expired. The person at the store was no help.

It's humid and in the mid 90's today. I have a living/dining space of 336 sq ft. plus a small hallway, bathroom, and a 117 sq ft. bedroom. I can't believe this little air conditioner is adequate for all this space. A bit noisy, but who cares! I'm comfortable and cool!
