Great AC. A little noisey, but for the price, it's totally worth it. I love that it's a smart AC unit. I can control my AC unit through my Google home. Highly recommend!

Works great, cools quickly. Easy to install. Would have given 5 stars but my rewards were never applied and since expired. The person at the store was no help.

It's humid and in the mid 90's today. I have a living/dining space of 336 sq ft. plus a small hallway, bathroom, and a 117 sq ft. bedroom. I can't believe this little air conditioner is adequate for all this space. A bit noisy, but who cares! I'm comfortable and cool!

This light weight air conditioner is very powerful my 420 sq ft living room gets cool in less than 5 minutes. i can control it with my phone or the remote. I so happy i made this purchase.

We are extremely happy with this a/c unit easy to install, weights a lot less than our old unit. Also more quiet than our old unit. This a/c unit cools a dining room, living room, and kitchen. Also cools it down Very Fast. We are so happy we bought this one. I would recommend family and friends!

We were in a north county heat wave and no one had ac units but i found one at best buy. I caller ahead for my 1 hour drive i was helped soon as someone was available and walked me through the model i was interested in to find out i was wrong. The associate then helped find the right one and i was happy to have it. I went hone connected it and it was amazing!!

This unit has worked better than I thought it would . For its size it really performs like a much larger unit. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a window unit.

I bought this air conditioner to replace one bought elsewhere which did not cool well. My whole family likes this new one which does cool well. Also, it is easy to clean.

So far a great cooling machine. Been about a month and its been running full speed with no hiccups. If you're in a humid location however, the drain hole in the bottom at the back (it has a small black plug) would need to be out full time and you may still find it retaining enough water for the fan to spit water out of the side vents. Would buy another.

This was our first time buying an in-window air conditioner. It was pretty easy to setup, only taking under an hour. Once installed it cooled our living room down within 20-30 minutes. This thing puts out serious cold air, to the point where we have to turn it off after awhile because it gets too cold. Overall great purchase

I like it a lot. It cools the whole living room and my kitchen. My girlfriend always wants me to turn it down even though it's only set to 72 degrees. I like how easy it was to set up. The app and the wifi set up was easy also. It's a all around good A/C. I should have bought 2 and got rid of my portable unit.

It gives good air and has many settings, but makes loud noises inside the house and does not cut off automatic.

I am very pleased with this product. Cools off multiple rooms on automatic economy mode. adjusts itself to maintain whatever temp you want. Vry easy to install and use.

A client of mine needed a new a/c for about a 350 Sq. Ft. living area and I found this one on sale for cheaper than the other big box home improvement stores. Installation was a breeze and it blows ice cold plus she was able to connect her phone to it. Looks good too.

Does it’s job and cools down room quickly. Will admit is very noisy.

This unit has been a good a/c the past 2 years. But after 2 years and 1 month it quit working. Not what i would expected from a expensive window unit.

This air conditioner is insanely efficient! Got me through the heatwave. Cools down the living room fast. Says that it cools down a medium sized room, but actually spreads through the house. Best purchase I ever made. WiFi is easy to set up and control through the app.

This thing is a BEAST! It cools so much space so efficiently. It did the job of two older a/c units for half the cost in electricity. HIGHLY recommend.

Our AC condenser (whole house) cut out. We were going to roast is we didn't do something quick. This unit saved the day. I installed in minutes. Runs great, almost as good as whole house. Our new furnace and AC goes in Monday. We'll find someone who will benefit from the AC unit next. Great Job GE!
